Entièrement rénové et redécoré à l'automne 2017. Cette maison de luxe de deux étages à Playa del Carmen est idéalement située dans la communauté fermée privée de Playacar Phase 1. À seulement 55 pas de la plage et à seulement cinq minutes à pied de la ville et de la célèbre Fifth Street ou du ferry pour Cozumel. Internet haute vitesse sans fil, système de haut-parleurs SONOS.

Les logements dans la maison sont «clé en main» (il vous suffit de vous présenter); femme de ménage pour faire la vaisselle, femme de chambre pour laver vos vêtements, chef de maison pour faire les courses. Casa Blanca dispose d'une grande piscine privée et d'une terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur l'océan. Les 4 chambres sont grandes et confortables, tout comme les salles de bains à quatre et demi (entièrement rénovées en 2016). Vous aurez le confort de la maison avec le bleu étincelant des Caraïbes à quelques pas. Dormez la nuit avec le bruit de l'océan ou profitez de la climatisation dans CHAQUE pièce avec des commandes de pièce séparées. Profitez des vues et des veilleuses de l'île de Cozumel depuis les immenses terrasses sur le toit et la piscine. Cuisine gastronomique. Tous les comptoirs en granit. Si la maison manque de glace, il suffit de demander au directeur de la maison et il ira le chercher pour vous. Après tout, ce sont vos vacances. The house was everything described and more. Myrna, Philly and Yvonne took extra care to ensure everything stayed maintained and cleaned while our family enjoyed Casa Blanca. We loved floating in the pool and listening to the ocean waves crash on the beach. We felt very secure in the neighborhood from the security gate and guards patrolling around the clock. The only downfall to the area is the unfortunate amount of seaweed hitting Playa del Carmen, which has no reflection on the home and didn’t affect our stay at all. It was just unexpected and such a shame that the beautiful beaches of playa del Carmen are dealing with this.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful week stay at this beautiful home in early June! The 4-bedroom layout was perfect for our family of five—my husband, our two children, my mother, and myself. Everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our vacation, and the home truly felt like our own private oasis in Playa del Carmen.The pool was a favorite for all, and it was the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring. The home is walking distance to 5th ave, the beach and was very comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed.A special thank you to Mirna, the housekeeper and Fili, the maintenance manager, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Their warm personalities and dedication made us feel right at home and added so much to our overall experience.Although we experienced a small hiccup upon our late-night arrival, the hosts responded quickly and took excellent care of us. We truly appreciated how promptly and professionally they handled the situation and the care shown from Ivonne throughout our stay. We made amazing family memories here and would not hesitate to stay again. If you're looking for a spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly home in Playa del Carmen, we highly recommend this property.Thank you for helping make our vacation so special!

The house was everything advertised, great location, and super clean! Quality furnishings, and comfortable linens and beds One of the things that made our stay, the easiest was all the recommendations we received from Ivonne. Having a concierge with her level of experience made planning for our ladies trip so much easier.We had Maria cook for us two nights and we can’t say enough good things about her skill level, presentation and what a lovely person!So close to the ocean that we could walk down in our pajamas and take pictures of the sunrise. The house was spotless, well maintained, and beautifully decorated – you can really tell everything is done with care and heart.A big thank-you to the amazing team: Mirna cleaned everything perfectly, Carlos kept the pool in top condition, and Gibran was always available when needed. Just as Posted on Vrbo, the house was few steps away from the beach, great location, short walk to 5th Ave and all restaurants. The staff was great and very accommodating. The best was dealing with Ivone the property manager, she was amazing and made sure to make our stay a true pleasure.

WOW!! Seriously, the pictures are nice, but seeing the property in person blew us away. The staff were amazing, we were greeted by everyone when we arrived, and the coordination by the house manager, Ivonne, was five stars. She arranged our transportation, meals, and groceries along with a birthday cake and decoration. Daily check-ins to make sure everything is okay and to see if there's anything we need. Our meals were prepared every day, and the house was cleaned daily, which is so refreshing after a long day out on the beach. If you're looking to get pampered, this is the vacation home for you. The ride to the airport was quiet, as my group was a little sad to be leaving—one of the best vacations we’ve had. Thank you to Clint and his amazing team for making my wife's 50th birthday week so memorable. We’ll see you soon.

We had an incredibly special vacation at Casa Blanca. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for actual living - not just sleeping between outings. Every room felt intentional and perfectly appointed to meet our needs.Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite and two of the bedrooms have additional sleeping options (a sofa and a futon). We enjoyed the various indoor and outdoor living spaces and particularly liked that there was enough space to relax and unwind without feeling we were on top of each other.The location was perfect for our family. 20 seconds walk to the beach, 15mins into the downtown area. We loved having a swim in the pool after a day at the beach and we were hugely grateful for all the beach and pool toys and furniture. Our house host (Ivonne) was incredibly helpful and so responsive before and throughout our whole stay. She made everything at the house (and for the adventures we took) so smooth and stress-free. Casa Blanca delivers. We left already talking about when we can come back.

We had a wonderful 40th birthday celebration at this property! The home is beautiful, literally 50 steps to the beach! Safe neighborhood and beach really wasn’t too busy, because of the location! The staff was lovely and so very helpful! We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful home away from home

We took our family to Casa Blanca over Christmas and it was such a wonderful experience. The home was perfect for our family. Ivonne helped us with transport, reservations and helping our family secure a piñata for a Mexican Christmas. Our home was cleaned daily and looked perfect when we returned from playing at the beach. We would definitely book Casa Blanca again!!!
