The Space:
This incredible condo is in the best part of Playa del Carmen and only steps from the beach and sea! A block from the famous 5th Avenue too which is lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shopping, souvenir shops, great entertainment and people watching! Plus at the Magia condo complex you’ll find luxury amenities like a resort-style pool, sun beds and lounge areas, and a gym. Plus 24/7 security and free covered parking in the event you’re arriving by car. However, just know, everything in Playa del Carmen is within walking distance of the Magia condo complex!

Getting Around:
There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot. In which case you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays.There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally-located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.

The condo is about 55.5 km/34.5 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

- Please note that the pools in Magia Condo will be out of order from May 6th to June 9th.

- Please note that you’ll need to climb a small staircase (5 steps) to get from the pool area to the elevator.

-The properties managed by Moskito are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties are equipped so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures.

- We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like bottled drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay. If you'd like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know! We also provide quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels*and kitchen equipment to give you the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know! (***Please use the WHITE towels provided for the pool and the STRIPED towels for the beach. The STRIPED towels are not allowed in the pool area. Thank you in advance!***)

- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.

Family vacation
The staff was very friendly and Gladys was very responsive to any questions. We did report a leak on day two and it was never fixed so hopefully it’ll get fixed before the next tenants. Other than that, great location and great times!

Great condo
The condo itself was great with a nice kitchen and responsive staff. During our stay there was a strong smell of sewage throughout the block (not just the complex) which did affect the quality of the stay.

Not a Spring Break Place
This property is situated in a nice location which is the best part. Beyond that, the complex is filled with retirement age residents so it’s terrible for any Spring Break energy. You can’t have music by the pool…..you can’t even have a beverage while floating in the pool. Security is on top of you every chance they get. They will turn the power off in your unit if they think it’s too loud! Read ALL of the rules closely before you commit. Would be great for people looking to be around more retirement age folks for a very quiet vacation.
