Cette maison est située sur le parcours de golf de la belle communauté de Princeville Sunset Drive. Il y a une piscine fermée et un court de tennis pour les résidents et leurs invités. La maison se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel St. Regis de Princeville et de l’accès à la plage, ou vous pourrez vous rendre en voiture à la magnifique baie de Hanalei. La maison du coucher du soleil est accommodant pour les grands groupes. Il y a une grande cour arrière et un barbecue pour les familles. Le salon récemment rénové dispose d'une télévision haute définition 37 pouces et d'une connexion haut débit à Internet. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains récemment rénovée comprenant une baignoire surdimensionnée et une douche à l'italienne. Les 2ème et 3ème chambres sont équipées de lits queen-size. lits jumeaux. Il y a un sentier de jogging le long du parcours de golf de Ka Haku Road menant aux magasins, restaurants, parc communautaire et à la rue Regis Hotel.

Great Place

Princeville was the perfect location for our family gathering! The house had everything we needed for cooking meals and going to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the lania!! If your going to Kauai this is the rental you want !!

The house was large enough for our family of 8 to feel comfortable, with great views of the mountains on one side and the golf course on the other. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking supplies necessary for our Thanksgiving dinner. Neighborhood pool is very close by. Lori was very responsive to questions/issues.

Amazing view

Great house for a group. Truly beautiful view from the upstairs area. House was very functional and enough bathrooms for a group of eight that we never a problem. Great lanai for hanging outdoors where cute birds would come visit us everyday.

Perfect for Families

This property is perfect for families! The layout of the home and location made it a dream for our family to explore the island and all sleep well! The large kitchen had proper cookware and utensils for cooking. The wrap around covered deck had great views during the rains. The home was very clean and safe. Our kids had fun in the warm community pool on our low key rest day. All around, we had a great stay in this home and are sad to leave.

Fantastic experience in a beautiful home

Great family reunion for members from New Zealand, North Carolina and New Mexico. The home is lovely with amazing views (made kitchen cleanup a joy). We went to many amazing beaches, shopping, and water adventures. The grounds are beautiful. The whole process was stress free. Recommend highly!

Great North Shore Retreat

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. From this home base we were able to hit up everything the island had to offer. Being close to Hanalei and Haena State park was perfect, and we loved the proximity to Kilauea. The pictures do not do this house justice—it is big, well appointed, and has ample seating both indoor and outdoor for the group. We enjoyed using the kitchen for meals and eating on the lanai looking at the mountains. A phenomenal experience!

Comfortable, clean, spacious home

Our multi-generational family really enjoyed our week in this home. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is within walking distance of Hideaway Beach and Queen's Bath, though a few in our group were not up for the steep climb to the beach involved. Also in good location for us to access other North Coast sites (Napali Coast, Tunnels Beach, Anini Beach, Hanalei). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishware and cookware, but plan to buy ALL of your own cooking supplies, as there was not even salt/pepper to be found.

comfortable, family-friendly home and neighborhood

This was a great vacation home for our family. The community pool and tennis courts are basically across the street. There are some sand toys, boogie boards, and tennis racquets currently on the property for use. Communication with the property manager Lori was amazing. She was attentive and able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Including questions about wifi speed.

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our two week stay at this location. Lori, the property manager, was wonderful from start to finish, with excellent communication and friendliness. The space was large enough for our group to enjoy, was well equipped with anything you would need to cook and play, including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and toys (though you may want to rent snorkeling gear- we brought our own so didn’t dig through to see if the house provided any). Great location close to Foodland, Nourish Hanalei, Hideaways and Sea Lodge Beach, and a short drive to Anini, Kiluea, and Hanalei . Beautiful views through every window. We were there in June and the open windows brought in cooling cross winds so we were all very comfortable. All in all a great time and we would definitely come again!

Felt safe and walking distance to “Hide Away Pizza” place and the beach. I would Highly Recommend this home! We were all Very Satisfied ☺️

Reviewer Comments: The location of the house worked well for the activities we had planned but did do a lot of driving, which is standard for Kauai if you do anything on the south side of the island. We enjoyed having the space and the views from the upstairs are spectacular. As other guests have stated, some upgrades are definitely needed for the price we paid.

The twin bedroom has a funky smell that we weren’t sure what it was. We washed the bedding and it was better. The master bed and bathroom was big and spacious. The bath was super nice as well. The neighborhood was very peaceful and well kept. Overall it was a great house and very clean.
