The apartment was very high and far away from the sea. It needs some love cleaning and attention. The indoor pool ect were closed for summer it would have been nice to be told and the price dropped ÂŁ10 a night after i booked when youre there 60 nights that stings a lot!
Appartement ligt gunstig t.o. van Carihuela en alle andere stranden, her treinstation ( ideaal om bv naar Malaga te gaan) , supermarkten en Torremolinos centrum.
Appartement is wel wat gedateerd, in ons geval niet erg aangezien de hond mee was, en in de winter 's avonds en 's nachts behoorlijk koud! Het terras is fantastisch! We konden de meeste dagen 's ochtend buiten ontbijten
We spent our vacation in this very clean, pleasant and comfortable apartment. It is locate within a walking distance of 10-20 minutes from stores , downtown area and a railway station. In many beautiful sunny days we enjoyed very much in its wide balcony which has beautiful plants and the view of blue sea. The host and manager were very welcoming and thoughtful . We had a wonderful holiday. This apartment is highly recommended.
Very nice 2 bedroom ground floor apt with 3 balconies and a private garden in a very secure complex.
2 pools and surrounding gardens.
Under 5mins from montemar train station and about 15mins walk to a huge Carrefour. Was about 20 mins to carihuela beach front which passed battery park.
Communication with owner and her friend who showed us to apartment could not be faulted.
A taxi was arranged for 430am to the airport which was a welcome relief.
All in all I would recommend this as somewhere for a family of 4 or a group of friends as beds were singles. Would definitely stay again. đ
La vivienda es cĂłmoda y esta muy bien, hay detalles mejorables pero en general el alojamiento merece la pena. Las piscinas que tiene son una pasada y no estĂĄn muy concurridas, las hemos aprovechado al mĂĄximo. La pena es la excesiva distancia con la playa, aunque se puede ir en coche aparcar es muy difĂcil.

Liegt in einer etwas Ă€lteren Anlage, dort sind 2 gepflegte AuĂenpools und auch eine Tiefgarage zur Benutzung. Einen sehr kleinen Innenpool und eine Tischtennisplatte habe ich auch entdeckt.
Zum Supermarkt und zur Innenstadt sind es je nur 10 Gehminuten, zum Strand eher 15-20.
Die Ausstattung ist reichlich, und von mittlerer QualitĂ€t. Innen und auĂen sind reichlich Sizgelegenheiten vorhanden. Auch ein kleiner Garten gehört zur Fewo.
Nicht verheimlichen sollte man die U-Bahn, die direkt am GelĂ€nde vorbeifĂŒhrt und zwar nicht die ganze Nacht, aber doch schon recht frĂŒh fĂ€hrt.
Wir haben uns dort wohlgefĂŒhlt, und wĂŒrden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen.
The apart was OK, not the best, the fridge was very smelly of fish, my husband cleaned it but the smell lasted the full week, no English speaking TV ,we had to wait in all day to get our deposit back at 6 pm so we lost that day, the apartment is a 25 min walk to the centre and we are not very good on our legs,the chairs are not very comfor table, and the settee was a put me up bed ,overall we would not go back needs up dating,it was very cold and the oil heater kept tripping the lights so we had no heating
This apartment is very convenient for a family with small children: several terraces, two bathrooms, a private patio.
Quiet location, good neighbors, parking.
500m radius you will find everything: Hypermarket, supermarkets, boutiques, sports grounds, park, subway stations. From the apartment door to the center of Malaga it took us 30 minutes to get there.
The apartment accumulated valuable collection of books, which is really worth to see.
We vacationed in the winter, and in the evenings a lot of fun pampering in Roman bath or a sauna.
The guests were greeted by a very funny lady Mercedes.

"Event the flat is not so close to the town center, the apartment and the conditions are great (2 swimming pools in the complex, interior garden,etc). It is an ideal apartment for groups of 4 or 6 friends!"
