Construite en 2017 pour les familles, cette maison de 6 chambres et plus, avec 5 salles de bains située au bord du lac Winnipesaukee à Wolfeboro, dans le New Hampshire, se trouve à quelques pas de l’eau. 6 chambres dans la maison principale comprennent une chambre principale avec salle de bain complète et terrasse privée. Concept ouvert au premier étage, comprend un salon spacieux, une salle à manger et une cuisine bien équipée. Bungalow détaché d'une pièce au bord de l'eau avec deux lits jumeaux. Deux quais et un radeau en bois offrent amplement d'espace pour les bateaux, la natation et la détente. Une pelouse plate s'étend jusqu'à la plage de sable et de baignade adaptée aux enfants. Amazing wedding weekend

My husband and I stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding weekend and had the most incredible time! There was plenty of space for everyone and it was a beautiful location to enjoy a weekend together.

Exceeded expectations

The house and lake frontage was beautiful. Jockey cove is a fantastic part of the lake, close to the Wolfeboro docks, but protected from the hustle and bustle for safe paddling. The beach and swim dock were fantastic for the mixed ages of our crew. The house was very well thought out when they built it, and clearly very well cared for. The owners responded immediately to any questions. I look foward to staying here again.

Gorgeous property with family friendly vibe

We had grandparents, parents, and kids staying here for a long weekend in October. I can’t begin to tell you how fabulous it was. Lots of room for everyone, casual atmosphere so you’re not worried the kids will break anything, a toy room that all the littles adored (with a loveseat), and the most gorgeous view of the lake. Could not have been more perfect. Thanks so much for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

Beautiful but holds security deposit

The house was beautiful and the location is great;however, we were refused our security deposit for minor issues. We left the house spotless and paid a cleaning fee.

In twenty years of renting, this is the first time we have held a security deposit. The house is brand-new, rebuilt less than a year ago. Damages included: Dining room table (brand new) was damaged beyond repair and sheets and linens were missing. The security deposit did not begin to cover the damage and excessive cleaning that needed to be done.

Wonderful week

Spent one wonderful week here. Location was great, views great, property well kept and ideal for a family vacation. Owners very nice and helpful, everyone in the family loved the house beach, docks, raft. Close to town. All around ideal location.

This property was perfect for our family gathering. The large open livingroom/kitchen was a great space and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outside space was perfect for all the family activities.

This house and property exceeded our expectations! The back of the house is mainly oversized windows and glass doors so from the moment you walk through the front door you you have a stunning view of the lake. The main level is open concept so even when cooking in the kitchen you see the views and feel part of the overall group. The kitchen is well stocked which was good since we ate in most meals. The beds were very comfortable and it was wonderful waking up to incredible sunrises over the lake. Some of our group went kayaking in the boats provided. Each evening we sat around the fire pit which was so peaceful. One of our favorite things was sitting on the dock at night stargazing. We saw several shooting stars. Heavenly! We can’t wait to return in the future.

Wonderful house and beautiful location for family getaway

Our family had a amazing week at this wonderful house in Wolfboro. Cheryl is great to work with and answered all of our questions. The house has a beautiful great room/ kitchen that allowed space for our family to gather and enjoy the views of the lake at the same time. You feel like you are right next to the lake, even when you are inside! It was nice to have a huge table that could fit our whole group for meals. There is a big pantry was helpful to store all of our food. The bedrooms are all a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Outside, the yard has natural privacy with trees separating it from the neighbors. We enjoyed playing the big wooden Jenga set on the patio, swinging on the rope swing, and relaxing in the hammock. The swimming area is great and we spent a lot of time there. We stored our rental boat at the second dock and it was a very easy space to get the boat in and out of. We loved our week here and hope to come back someday in the future when we can enjoy more of what Wolfboro has to offer. (We were here during the pandemic and didn’t get to visit the cute shops and restaurants in town.). We highly recommend this rental home!

Wonderful Weekend in Wolfeboro

We loved our stay in this beautiful home!! The views of the lake from the windows are amazing and wow you as soon as you walk through the front door! The house was exceptionally clean, the kitchen well-equipped, the beds were comfy and the owner, Cheryl, was extremely responsive to questions before and during our stay. The home is fantastic for a multiple generation getaway with plenty to keep the kids busy (toys/games/water sports/etc.). Truly a fantastic home away from home!! Highly recommend a visit here!!

Fantastic home in a beautiful setting

We loved our stay at this wonderful property. It is a beautiful, spacious home in an idyllic location on the lake. Our entire group enjoyed our stay, we only wished we could have stayed longer ! We had our family reunion here and the children and grownups alike had a marvelous time. The owner has supplied everything you could need so that you can just relax and enjoy family time. Private and quiet, we absolutely loved it !

Lovely home with lovely views - great for us!

We were delighted with the spacious house, lovely views, and lovely lawn areas great for games of different kinds. It has a wonderfully well equipped and well-stocked kitchen, including many items we assumed we would need to buy, plus plenty of toys and games for our 3 grandsons, ages 6, 3, and 20 months. Our weather was fabulous as well. There were 11 of us and it was a great week for all.

Fantastic house with a fantastic location and views!!! Our group all had a great time with plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy some time away. 5 min car or boat ride to Wolfeboro. We will be back and highly recommend this property.

Best location ever!

My family and extended family have stayed here numerous times and in all seasons. We really love it! This place is great for swimming in the crystal clear lake, with two docks for boating, and lots of room for playing and relaxing during the day. At night, this is the perfect spot for sitting by the fire and star-gazing- who doesn't want to just get away from it all?! Although the town with great shopping and awesome restaurants is nearby, it will be difficult to tear yourself away from such a picturesque spot! We loved staying in the traditional lake house, but we can't wait to see what the new construction brings! With the bigger house, we can bring even more friends and family. The many amenities: laundry, well-equipped kitchen, linens, towels, gas grill, air-conditioning, television, outdoor furniture, and more make this an easy getaway.

You'll never want to leave!

My family has been renting on the lake for decades, and this is by far our favorite spot! I can't say enough about the gorgeous views, kid-friendly water access, and great location. Downtown Wolfeboro is a quick drive (and an even quicker boat ride) away, but we were happy to spend most of our time enjoying the lake from the comfort of our patio/dock/swimming area. There is just so much to do--the kids had a blast and cried when it was time to leave. Best vacation ever! We hope to be back again next year!
