Cette maison est une 5 chambres et peut accueillir 20 personnes confortablement. La maison a toutes les commodités que vous pourriez imaginer, y compris un jacuzzi extérieur avec télévision, son propre putting green, sa propre promenade sur une plage de sable, un grand quai en forme de U (les bateaux ne seront pas loués), vous pouvez apporter le vôtre car il y a beaucoup de place. Il a un gazebo personnalisé, un grand patio et un barbecue. Il a de superbes couchers de soleil et une grande pelouse pour les jeux de plein air comme le cornhole et le badminton. Il y a aussi un canoë, paddleboard et pédalo que vous pouvez utiliser en tant qu'invité sur cette propriété. Vous pouvez voir beaucoup plus de photos.

Amazing property

This was our second time staying here in the summer. We stayed with a large family group. Brian’s house is amazing and he is very easy to communicate with. Everyone had a wonderful time. the kids were fishing, kayaking, and swimming every day all day long!

Amazing Location

This property is beautifully situated on a peninsula with a great beach and large dock. The management was very easy to communicate with and made the check-in/check-out process extremely guest friendly. Great for large groups as each bedroom essentially has its own bathroom.

Amazing experience

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving at this lake house! The home was spotless upon arrival, and the fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to prepare our holiday meal. The views of Lake Winnipesaukee are simply stunning—waking up to the serene water every morning was magical. The house provided everything we needed for a cozy, memorable stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with unbeatable lakefront views!

Excellent stay!

We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was the perfect amount of room for our group to dine together. Everyone enjoyed their accommodations and there was much talk of gathering here again the future!

Great location

Brian was awesome to work with. The house is great and we had plenty to do in the surrounding area. Our kids loved the Kayaks and sandy beach. Everything was easy to use, and worked well. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay

What a gorgeous and convenient location for a large group! The house has everything you could possibly need or want to take full advantage of the lake and the setting. The house was also completely stocked - from the kitchen to board games. Brian left no stone unturned and was a great host as well. We had a memorable family getaway with our littles and extended family and hope to return!

This is a thoroughly beautiful property. It has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Gorgeous views of the lake, perfect gathering spots inside and outside the house, and plenty of space for everyone in your party to spread out. FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS !!!

This property is absolutely fantastic. There is something for everyone to do, and also the perfect place to do nothing! My family of 8 adults go on vacation every year and this is definitely in the top 2 from all our years of vacationing. The host is very responsible, receptive, accessible, and helpful both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful getaway

We booked this house for the fall weekend. Everything in the house is perfect as described. The bed setting is commendable and well organized. We enjoyed the clean hot tub, some kayaking and paddle boats to explore the lake. The fire place with grill are perfect set for a long evening. Much recommended for large parties.

Wonderful Property and Host!

We loved everything about this property and our stay! Lots of sitting areas and en-suite bedrooms, the outdoors are a lakeside dream. The property has absolutely everything you need for a large family getaway. The views and the location were superb. Plenty of games and activities to stay entertained no matter the weather! The indoor and outdoor kitchens were fantastic for cooking and the house was clean and well stocked. Brian is a fantastic, on-point host and available to answer any and all questions immediately! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Weekend

Brian’s home is the most beautiful home we have ever rented. We had a wonderful time and kept ourselves busy by playing pool (lots of pool), playing board games, hiking and going to restaurants. One of our favorite events was just sitting outside enjoying the peaceful lake and the cool fresh air. This was in November - we (my husband, myself, our three adult kids and their spouses) can’t wait to come back when the lake is active and we can enjoy all of the activities the lake has to offer! I’m sure every season is beautiful at the lake. Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with! Everything went smoothly and he responded quickly if I had a question - the perfect host! Thank you to Brian and his family for sharing their beautiful home with us and allowing our family to enjoy this wonderful experience.

We Won the Lottery Finding this Gem

Can honestly say between the coziness of the house and the view, we didn't want to leave. The house has a massive great room, but there's plenty of nooks and crannies to sneak away with your book. The kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect. You felt secluded, but within a 10-15 minute drive you had groceries, a fantastic farmer's market and coffee shop with home baked goodies. The house was spotless, and I'm a stickler for cleanliness. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Awesome, again!

We absolutely love this house!! This was our second vacation here with our family of four adult children and one young son. There is so much space for everyone to hang out together or private areas for work time. We loved building puzzles, playing pool, cooking and building a fire outside in the new fire pit!! The location is perfect, we hiked, visited breweries, wine tasting, local craft markets and tubing at Waterville. Thanks for the special memories Brian!

Springtime in New Hampshire

You don't need to go to Paris in the Spring when you can visit this beautiful home in New Hampshire. The home was extremely comfortable and well appointed in every room. The large kitchen had everything you might need and we enjoyed many family dinners in the great room. The hot tub was a huge hit with our teenage grandkids. While it was early April and still cold outside the home is so warm and inviting with a huge sunroom where we could read, play games and enjoy the stunning view. Brian was a wonderful host from start to finish.

The perfect family getaway!

This house was absolutely perfect for family of all ages! The layout of this house was great for the 9 of us. We loved the amount of space in the great room/dining/kitchen area to all be together, cook, watch movies, and play many games. Our two boys (ages 5 & 4) played with every toy in the house and were huge fans of the swing and zip line. We made s'mores, went out on the stand-up paddleboards, and loved the views of the lake. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Check-in was a breeze, the house was stocked with pots and pans and dishes to use, and it was impeccably clean! Thank you so much!

Exceptional stay the week of New Years

We had a wonderful stay at this property during New Year's week! The house was lovely, spotless and well maintained. This location on the lake can't be beat and I am sure it is incredible during the summer. My family and I loved that it was stocked with games, puzzles and a pool table. Outside we loved the tree swing and the lake access. The lake was just starting to freeze and my children were constantly outside exploring the new ice formations. Inside, I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and how we had plenty of spaces to spread out. We highly recommend this property and thank Brian and his family for letting us rent their home.
