Cette maison est une 5 chambres et peut accueillir 20 personnes confortablement. La maison a toutes les commodités que vous pourriez imaginer, y compris un jacuzzi extérieur avec télévision, son propre putting green, sa propre promenade sur une plage de sable, un grand quai en forme de U (les bateaux ne seront pas loués), vous pouvez apporter le vÎtre car il y a beaucoup de place. Il a un gazebo personnalisé, un grand patio et un barbecue. Il a de superbes couchers de soleil et une grande pelouse pour les jeux de plein air comme le cornhole et le badminton. Il y a aussi un canoë, paddleboard et pédalo que vous pouvez utiliser en tant qu'invité sur cette propriété. Vous pouvez voir beaucoup plus de photos.

Amazing experience

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving at this lake house! The home was spotless upon arrival, and the fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to prepare our holiday meal. The views of Lake Winnipesaukee are simply stunning—waking up to the serene water every morning was magical. The house provided everything we needed for a cozy, memorable stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with unbeatable lakefront views!

Excellent stay!

We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was the perfect amount of room for our group to dine together. Everyone enjoyed their accommodations and there was much talk of gathering here again the future!

Wonderful Property and Host!

We loved everything about this property and our stay! Lots of sitting areas and en-suite bedrooms, the outdoors are a lakeside dream. The property has absolutely everything you need for a large family getaway. The views and the location were superb. Plenty of games and activities to stay entertained no matter the weather! The indoor and outdoor kitchens were fantastic for cooking and the house was clean and well stocked. Brian is a fantastic, on-point host and available to answer any and all questions immediately! Highly recommend!

We Won the Lottery Finding this Gem

Can honestly say between the coziness of the house and the view, we didn't want to leave. The house has a massive great room, but there's plenty of nooks and crannies to sneak away with your book. The kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect. You felt secluded, but within a 10-15 minute drive you had groceries, a fantastic farmer's market and coffee shop with home baked goodies. The house was spotless, and I'm a stickler for cleanliness. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Awesome, again!

We absolutely love this house!! This was our second vacation here with our family of four adult children and one young son. There is so much space for everyone to hang out together or private areas for work time. We loved building puzzles, playing pool, cooking and building a fire outside in the new fire pit!! The location is perfect, we hiked, visited breweries, wine tasting, local craft markets and tubing at Waterville. Thanks for the special memories Brian!

Absolutely Perfect Weekend

Brian’s home is the most beautiful home we have ever rented. We had a wonderful time and kept ourselves busy by playing pool (lots of pool), playing board games, hiking and going to restaurants. One of our favorite events was just sitting outside enjoying the peaceful lake and the cool fresh air. This was in November - we (my husband, myself, our three adult kids and their spouses) can’t wait to come back when the lake is active and we can enjoy all of the activities the lake has to offer! I’m sure every season is beautiful at the lake. Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with! Everything went smoothly and he responded quickly if I had a question - the perfect host! Thank you to Brian and his family for sharing their beautiful home with us and allowing our family to enjoy this wonderful experience.

Amazing Lake House Rental

First class house and property. Very well equipped and maintained. Great entertaining, sleeping, and living spaces with quiet nooks for reading or playing games. Nice, quiet location on protected cove and only 10 minutes by car to shops and restaurants (20 minutes by boat). Very large dock, plenty of space for sitting out and tying up boats (~3' water, sandy bottom, marked channel out to deep water). The house came with all the "toys" inside and out (SUP, pedal boat, kayaks, rafts, inflatable "water park", hot tub, pool table, hockey, etc.). The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Great lake getaway

Incredible house and property with plenty to do at the house itself (golf putting area, pool table, fire pit, hot tub, games/puzzles, integrated surround sound music that can play in almost any room, etc). There is ample space for everyone to spread out, even in a large group. The property is flat with a great beach area. The property felt private, and located in a quiet neighborhood. You can easily fit two boats at the dock. The cove the house is located in is really nice; it was quiet and calm. It was also close by a lot of things to do in nearby towns (Center Harbor, and Meredith). Brian was easy to work with and quick to respond anytime we reached out to him. We loved our stay, and highly recommend the property. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Lake Life Luxury

We had a wonderful stay! Adults and teens. The home is spacious with all the amenities you could hope for: updated kitchen, technology, beautiful windows to enjoy the lake view and non-motorized water toys, billiards, and more. We brought our boat and docked it there. It was great to explore the lake and wakeboard/tube. The sunsets are perfectly situated to enjoy from the back patio. It was an awesome combination of relaxation and fun. Brian was readily avail if I had any questions. The operating instructions for media were thoughtful and clear and well appointed throughout the home! I was very impressed. Highly recommend enjoying the lake life luxury home!!

This is the most beautiful house for any getaway. I had a getaway with friends and our kids and it was the perfect space to relax, have kids play outside, walk the path with strollers, and enjoy each others company with rooms for everyone, comfortable beds, and everything you need for your stay. Would recommend!!

Our stay at Red Hill Lodge was perfect! The house and lawn were beautiful! The house was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the soft sand, smores by the campfire at night and beautiful views of the lake. Every bedroom was comfortable, clean, and fully stocked. We would definitely bring our family and stay again in the future!

Amazing property

This was our second time staying here in the summer. We stayed with a large family group. Brian’s house is amazing and he is very easy to communicate with. Everyone had a wonderful time. the kids were fishing, kayaking, and swimming every day all day long!

Amazing Location

This property is beautifully situated on a peninsula with a great beach and large dock. The management was very easy to communicate with and made the check-in/check-out process extremely guest friendly. Great for large groups as each bedroom essentially has its own bathroom.

Fabulous place to celebrate the 2025 New Year. Multigenerational family gathering for skiing, food & fun.Expansive property, beautifully appointed and maintained. Excellent space for watching football, playing board games & ping pong. Beds/baths spacious, hot tub a blast!

A special place

This house lived up to the pictures and description in every way. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 plus 2 overnight visitors. Although our visit was in the cooler weather so the water sports were not an option, I could see how this would be a small paradise for families with children in the summer. The location was convenient to many activities in the area which we enjoyed. Shopping was convenient, too. Brian was responsive and patient to any questions we had. Overall, a beautiful place with character on the lake. Thanks.

Family Ski Weekend

Spent the MLK weekend at this beautiful home with family and grandkids for great ski weekend. The place is fantastic right on the lake. It is well stocked and the owner Brian was a great host checking in with us to make sure we had everything. The grandkids really enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this lovely home
