Great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were three generations enjoying this very comfortable and spacious house. The shallow sandy bottom water along the dock was great for the 4 year old. The kitchen had great equipment for the cooks, and there were several rooms for gathering. View was lovely. Only downside was being next to a marina with the traffic that brings with it.

Beautiful Lake home! Perfect for a large family gathering!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was just perfect for our family vacation! The home was in excellent condition, the room layout was great, the kitchen was well stocked with enough glasses, plates etc for a crowd, and the gas grill was clean and worked well (with extra propane tanks). The outside space and view of the lake were spectacular. The dock area was well maintained and perfect for the boat we rented. The staff from At The Lake Vacation Rental were very responsive to questions. We move our family vacation to different locations each year but we plan to come back here next year because everything was just perfect!

Loved Our Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described and we liked the location of the rental. It was convenient to shopping and the activities we had planned. The Property was clean and well maintained. We had a leak in the tank to the gas grill and I called to report it. They addressed the issues within an hour and it was fixed. We also had a huge storm (micro burst) while there and some tree branches fell and were scattered around the yard. The following morning someone showed up to clean up the mess. I feel At the Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with. They were professional and friendly. They gave us suggestions for restaurants, food shopping and the general area. I would definitely work with them again.

Four generation stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was plenty large enough for 16 people ages 5 months to 79. The oldest couple appreciated the ground floor primary bedroom with private bath. It would have been nice if the toilet was higher. This may sound silly, but a house this size is bound to have multi-generational usage, and some older people have a difficult time getting off a standard-sized toilet. We rented a boat, which was great to have. We visited a few spots in the area, though every place is at least 25-30 minutes away, given the location of the house.

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
What a beautiful property. The photos of the house inside and out are as you see them. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. We were a party of 15 (all adults except for a 17 month old). The bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are very spacious. (I would love to see them all have King Size Beds.). Having multiple couples staying with us, this would be the topping on the cake. The rooms are definitely large enough to accommodate king beds. The room on the 3rd floor is like an apartment with multiple beds, a sitting area (some comfortable seating here would be nice), a dining area (which was a great place for doing a jigsaw puzzle, something we do as a group every year. This area also has a small kitchen area and a full size bath. This house just goes on and on. The outside area is absolutely stunning with the water views, sitting areas both near the house and on the large dock. Great walk-in area for swimming. We rented a pontoon boat right next door which was very convenient. I was, however, disappointed that there weren’t any kayaks or paddle boards for guest use. The pictures showed kayaks but you have to rent them. Lastly, I would recommend some outdoor eating tables to have the opportunity to all eat together outside. Having a large group we were having to squeeze around the table and that made it tight to move around the kitchen island. Overall I highly recommend this home for large family gatherings. I would definitely stay here again.

perfect vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this rental! Beautiful, well maintained home that was clean, with immaculate grounds and lakefront space. The dock was incredible. The location on the lake was perfect for us. Great views, clear clean water, no wake zone. We had a boat and jet skis which made being near a public launch a huge bonus. The house was next to Trexlers marina which was very convenient for us to gas up. I was concerned it would be loud but it was not bothersome in the least during the week we were there in end of June. Great area in Moultonborough, very close to grocery store (JoJo's was amazing). Only negative I would say is the description of the 3rd floor was incorrect. While there were many beds up there, there was no furniture otherwise. We had a great experience and we plan to book again next year!! Highly recommend.

Review 7 Oak Landing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with this rental. The house is beautiful and the location was wonderful. There were a few things that needed attention, including the broken screen door. This was taken care of immediately by the rental agency. A disappointment was that there was no propane in any of the 4 tanks, including the one in the grill. We were able to exchange and was reimbursed. The other major issue was the fruit flies which increased as the week progressed even though we never left food out.

A great week at the lake

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house description was accurate and the house looked just like the photos. It was clean, well kept with a beautiful yard and amenities We liked the layout and everyone had plenty of room. We had 5 different families with kids from 6 mos. to 12.There were minor issues. The kitchen is great but the table seats 8, there are spare chairs in a downstairs closet but you can't fit them around the table. It would be nice to have a picnic table on the deck so everyone could eat together. Several of the lights were out. There are plenty of spare bulbs but no way to put them in because the fixtures are high and there is no step ladder. One of the bedrooms had drapes that would not close, the pull was broken. I called the first day but did not get a call back so they weren't fixed. We could not get big TV in the main room to work. I did get a call about that but no one could come until we were gone. There is a smaller TV room that the kids used and that worked. The house is far from entertainment, restaurants etc. but the marina is very handy. Truthfully we did not mind at all. It was so beautiful and we had so much to do we all were tired at night and just hung out with each other, which is a good thing. We also liked that we were off the main lake in a cove area so even though there was boat traffic it wasn't a lot even with the marina. We used the canoe and kayaks and brought a boat and jet ski with us.All in all the only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is the small problems we had with no customer service (all lights should be checked before new people come). The house itself is beautiful, well maintained inside and out with a great layout and in a good location. We really had a wonderful time.
