Il y a 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains à l’étage supérieur (1 grande chambre et 1 chambre avec des lits jumeaux) et 2 autres chambres et 1 salle de bain au niveau inférieur (Encore une fois, 1 grande chambre et 1 chambre Twin) La grande chambre à l'étage possède une salle de bain et une baignoire.



L'espace:

Casa Indiana est répartie sur 2 niveaux, avec des chambres à chacun des étages. Il y a 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain au total. Il y a 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains à l’étage supérieur (1 grande chambre et 1 chambre avec des lits jumeaux) et 2 autres chambres et 1 salle de bain au niveau inférieur (Encore une fois, 1 grande chambre et 1 chambre Twin) La grande chambre à l'étage possède une salle de bain et une baignoire. La chambre double au rez-de-chaussée a une salle de douche à côté et la salle de bain en bas est une grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.

Il y a un salon / salle à manger ouvert avec suffisamment de sièges pour accueillir 8 personnes et des canapés en cuir confortables. Il y a un bouquet Tv complet avec un grand nombre de chaines internationales. Il y a aussi un lecteur Dvd (dvd non fourni). Le salon a de grandes portes vitrées qui mènent à la terrasse supérieure pour prendre des repas en plein air et des canapés confortables pour profiter du climat parfait que Lanzarote peut vous offrir. En plus de la terrasse supérieure qui offre de l'ombre en milieu de journée, vous avez autour de la piscine une autre grande terrasse ensoleillée orientée plein sud avec 8 chaises longues, une table et des chaises pour manger en plein air et profiter du traditionnel barbecue canarien qui possède sa propre zone de préparation et de lavage, pour éviter de retourner à la cuisine de la villa. La villa dispose également d'un fantastique billard. Vous avez également une terrasse sur le toit où vous pouvez avoir une vue magnifique de la mer et des environs.
Hors du salon, vous avez une porte qui mène à la cuisine entièrement équipée. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce que vous attendez d'une propriété de cette norme. Comprenant un lave-vaisselle, frigo-congélateur, lave-linge, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, cuisinière, plaque de cuisson, couverts et vaisselle.

La chose unique à cette villa, c’est sa terrasse ensoleillée sur le toit entièrement privée, qui est accessible par un escalier intérieur depuis la salle de petit-déjeuner. Elle a été conçue pour profiter du soleil toute la journée.

La villa est livrée avec une Xbox, nous demandons un dépôt de 50 euros (remboursable) pour les manettes, et vous devrez fournir vos propres jeux.

A fantastic Villa

This Villa is beautiful, in a perfect location, with everything you need. Just a short walk from the main town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet too. The outdoor area is fabulous with 3 seating areas and the pool is the perfect size. We all can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Accommodation overall was lovely and staff were very responsive to any of our needs. Air Conditioning in the living areas would be a big improvement and also including the price of air conditioning in the bedrooms would make it easier as coins were required to feed the meter.

Lovely stay loved the villa

Loved the whole villa, it was so nice and clean, it was big with plenty of space, love the outdoor space with the terrace had the most comfortable seating! The location is really good in a real quiet and safe area. Unfortunately we missed the jayne but she left a card with all her contact information Only one small thing to improve is there should be like a book of instructions of how stuff works like alarms, Air con and like where rubbish should be put when bins are full

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your review. I'm glad you liked the villa, and enjoyed the outdoor space. Its the perfect environment for being outdoors. I'm sorry you struggled to find the information you needed. We do have the tablets in the villa which are now in place of the welcome folder, all the information should have been on here. Jayne our Representative usually does a meet and greet and explains this to people, I'm sorry she didn't catch up with you. She would normally explain the alarm etc and go through it with you. Then anything else is on the tablet. Have a lovely summer.

Very clean. Had everything you needed for a family stay. We loved the shady terrace with the gate down to the pool as we had young children with us. It was great for afternoon naps and safety. The shop across the road was useful. Wine glasses that fit in the dishwasher.

Great for a family, particularly if you have grown up children who want their own separate flat.

Lovely villa, a long way from the centre and beaches but close to bus routes. Cats a problem with our neighbour, the only fault I would warn future tenants.

August 2024 family holiday

Spacious villas with a good outdoor area. Bbq, pool & pool table was great. Nice and quiet with good privacy, some good amenities close by with local small supermarkets. Property management were generally prompt when asked questions and when issues needed resolving Some of the areas of the villa were tired, bathroom specially. Pool needs more regular clean and had to notify the maintenance team a couple of times. Air conditioning required coins which wasn’t clear prior to booking, one of units didn’t cool properly and had to be repaired, the cost to run it was expensive and should have been included. Location to the main restaurant and bars was a bit of a walk for young children but nothing too problematic

Top Class Villa.

This villa is top class. We stayed with our three grown up children in October/November 2022. The swimming pool is a great size. There is also an outdoor pool table. There is plenty of outdoor space for both eating and relaxing. The villa was absolutely spotless. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late and were met with coffee/tea and milk and some refreshments in the fridge. There is a small supermarket directly across the road from the villa and easy access to taxis to bring you the short ride into Playa Blanca €3..50). Alternatively you could take the ten/fifteen minute walk to Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca is amazing with such a great selection of great restaurants. This is a lovely private villa. Not one of us wanted to leave and we would definitely stay in this villa again and we would highly recommend a stay here. Just keep doing what you doing.

The best bits for us was the gated swimming pool keeping the little ones safe and the large covered veranda. Apart from the information Tablet not working the management team were quick remedy the problems we had. There were no instructions at all on how to operate the equipment in the villa. Despite numerous phone calls the Information Tablet failed to work throughout our stay. This really in unacceptable.

A dream holiday villa on the whole.

Our first impressions were very positive given the size, layout and location of the villa. It was clean upon our arrival. The pool is heated and was very nice. Some of our party were under the impression that the pool heating was not working too well. However, we moved on to a second location after checking out of Casa Indiana. This second villa also had a nice pool - unheated and impossible to use in winter months. My family then appreciated that the Indiana pool was lovely. It really benefits from covering when not in use even during the daytime. We did have some minor issues with the waste water system but I have to say, Jason responded immediately and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. The furniture and decor is perfectly acceptable as are the white goods. There is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors and the BBQ is great. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday at Casa Indiana and my family have now suggested we check availability for next year. Fantastic location being just a 20 minute downhill stroll to Flamingo Beach and 4€ taxi back again. Thank you Jason and team. I have stayed in many privately owned and managed places but I must say this is the first time I have not found any written information - emergency phone numbers, taxis, restaurants, info on the air con being coin operated, cleaning days, linen changing days,etc. Even a laminated A4 sheet with basic information would have helped. We are old hands at this but at least some basic information would benefit guests new to private rental I think. I also read some negative feedback from the Nederlands relating to kitchen utensils. We are foodies and love to cook fine meals for our family. It is fair to say that this villa challenges the skills of a good cook due to what utensils are provided. But, this is not home, it is a holiday villa and as such what is there is an acceptable supply of basic needs. There is also no shortage of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Just use some initiative when preparing banquets!

Wonderful stay

We were very happy for the accommodation, however, when you buy more than 10 days, a cleaning after 6. or 7. day should be included for the price given. And if not, at least bathroom cleaning and bed sheet changing - the latter very important - you should revise the kitchen tools and other practical things before the clients start their stay. I would save you time .

Thank you for your comments and it was a pleasure to accommodate you. We include a mid term clean which includes changing all the linen and towels for stays of 12 days or more (and then another clean for every further 7 days). For stays of under 12 days it is possible to request any additional cleaning required at an additional charge.

Fab villa for two families

Very clean, excellent service from the villa company if we needed anything, plenty of towels and bedding. Ideal set out if staying as two families. Outside area fab - only thing the sofa outside and some of the outdoor furniture starting to date and near needing replacing. Be sure to give Paul the Chef a try he was fantastic and recommended to use through villas now. Would certainly stay again.

Wir verbrachten 9 Tage in diesem Haus , was im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung war.Haus, Pool und Garten waren sauber und gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir enttäuscht über die Lage des Hauses:Es liegt neben einem leeren staubigem Gründstück und was noch gravierender ist, ist die Tatsache, daß auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite(Rückseite des Hauses) ein riesiger Schrottplatz liegt.Der angepriesene Blick der Dachterrasse geht nämlich nicht in Richtung Meer und der Insel Fuerteventura sondern direkt auf diesen Schrottplatz! Küchenutensilien waren von minderwertiger Qualität, die Geschirrspülmaschine defekt. Ansonsten großes Haus mit viel Platz für 8 Personen.

We stayed at this Villa in August 2011. It was absolutely perfect for us. As two famlies with 4 grown-up children the layout of the villa ment that the 'oldies' could sleep on one floor, with the 'young ones' sleeping on the bottom floor. The lower floor has it's own door to the pool area, which meant that they could come back after a night out, without distubing the others. The villa is beutifully decorated and had everything we wanted. We had a small problem with the pool filter on our 2nd day, but one phone call and someone was sent to fix it straight away. The location was fantastic, with wonderful views. It was possible to walk to the beach, (about 15mins) and although possible to walk into the town, we found it much easier to take taxis from the taxi rank less than 5mins away. The taxis were very cheap (about €4 to go to the main town where the shops and restaurants were) and in fact worked out to be cheaper than the bus (at €1.50 per person!) There is a hotel on the other side of the road, which not only meant we had somewhere to direct the taxis too, but also meant we were able to book excursions from the hotel reception, with the bus picking us up right outside. We didn't need a car, as the owners organised transport to and from the airport and we took taxis to the town, and buses to the volcano, zoo, and waterpark. I highly recommend this Villa, especially to groups, families holidaying together, and families with teenagers and older children.
