Perfect

Condo was in a great location, just across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants and little shops. There were several beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers/sand toys in the closet that made our stay extra convenient. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. It was the perfect place to get away.

Dated but clean

I've stayed at these condos before, and this one is definitely less nice and more dated than the other ones I've been to, but it was fine for my family with teens. The appliances are very outdated and the downstairs shower broken, but the place was clean and and well-kept! I would recommend it for a family trip.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo and the spectacular view. Recently renovated, the unit is very comfortable. We got a panoramic view of the ocean without the waterfront price. South Kihei road can be a little noisy, but in our opinion, that's actually a positive, as the activity adds to the ambience of the town.

Location is pretty close to everything and across the street from the beach, we had a unit with a nice view of the ocean! It was very clean and had everything we needed. One thing is if you want quiet, it's not very quiet since the unit was facing a busy street, that did not bother us at all but may for someone else. The property was nice, well maintained. It had beach gear, We did end up buying beach mats and left them to add to the collection. A couple things may need updating like the shower nobs but again, didn't bother us, they worked just getting old. Overall a good comfy place, we enjoyed it! Staff was super nice too, they had to do some maintenance on the patio one morning, no worries on that either, guys were very nice and did their best to be quick. Definitely recommend Maui Vista!

Great spot

Great spot, close walk to beach. 4th floor so little planning to head down the elevator with kids and all the free beach equipment but nothing to crazy. Alot of families on vacation, but noise wasnt to bad and parking also wasnt to bad. Overall great time and great stay.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was well keep and the everything was clean upon arrival. Just a few comments, Window coverings were only in the bedroom. The rest of the windows could used to be covered as sleep in one of the other to areas difficult at night and early morning. The table on the deck was a little big and made it difficult to get by but in the end it worked out fine. Also the AC unit is on the deck and could use a deflector so that the deck does not always seem hotter then the outside air.Again we enjoyed ourselves and the wonderful island of Maui as we would pick a different place base on my comments above when we return.

Indoor/Outdoor space in favorite location

Loved this unit with wonderful balcony doors that open all the way for indoor/outdoor spacious feel. It’s a one minute walk from our favorite beach Charley Young and within 15 minute walks to shops and excellent food and drinks. The beds were soft and comfy and lots of a/c units to keep things cool if needed. Highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful Unit

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful unit. All the furnishings/appliances are of great quality. The views are amazing and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and a 10min walk to Kihei Village. Would definitely stay here again.

Kihei Maui vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pleasant. The condo was fairly clean and mostly well stocked. Could have used a few more towels for the bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of dishes and utensils had we wanted to cook! Closet stocked with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, pool noodles, sun hat, beach towels and sand toys. We added a few things to that when we checked out! The shower head upstairs broke and it was promptly tended to while we sat at the beach the next day!Directly across from the Charlie Young beach, short walk by the pool and through the hedge gate. 1/2 block down the street and you are at the beach with a perfect view of the sunset! Over all we had a very pleasant stay!

Especially loved the accordion glass door that opened to the lanai and, of course, the great Maui Vista location. The property manager always responded quickly to my inquiries. For those that are particular...soft beds (but comfortable), a lot of light in the loft in the morning (but who sleeps in in Maui?), the dryer is not easy to operate. The air conditioning is awesome, though!
