The exteriors are magnificent, with a 13 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.6 m, 4 sun loungers, 3 terraces and a fully equipped porch, and even a barbecue for those who love outdoor cooking. And for golf lovers, there is a small golf course for great moments.

The house of 240 m2 distributed in 3 floors, has 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and two on the ground floor with a double bed each. All of them have air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms serving the whole house located on the ground floor, one with shower, and a toilet.

The living-dining room is very modern, bright and cosy, with two sofas, a small table, TV-Sat, a table with chairs, and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and gas, is fully equipped to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Sa Torre is an urbanization that belongs to Llucmajor. It is a very quiet area, and very well communicated. In the area you will find everything you need during your stay. At only 1 km you will find the Golf Maioris, and at 8 km the beach of S'Arenal. Palma is a very beautiful and welcoming city, where you will find all kinds of local and international shops. For those who love shopping, you will be able to enjoy different shopping centres and a great multitude of shops. There is a wide variety of leisure activities during the day and night. During the day you can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city centre, visit the cathedral "La Seu" with magnificent views of the sea, walk along the promenade, ride a galley or a bike, visit different museums or art galleries, the "Castell de Bellver", etc. And at night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc. By car you can reach magnificent beaches, visit nearby villages such as Esporles or Valldemossa, among others. On the outskirts of the city there are different water parks such as Aqualand, Westernpark, and a visit to Palma Aquarium is not to be missed.
