Parfait pour une personne seule, couple ou petite famille. La chambre principale comprend un lit king size et salle de bain complète taille et est séparé de la cuisine et salon principal avec un mur 3/4 avec fournit une atmosphère aérée lumière. La cuisine est parfait et a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire un repas. Le salon lumineux dispose de deux lits jumeaux de taille avec vrai matelas, qui doublent comme des lits de jour. Vous pouvez aller partout à pied de notre emplacement unique calme. Nous sommes situés en bas d'une tranquille, arbre luxuriant rue bordée. Les grands arbres permettent de visites quotidiennes de singes, des oiseaux et de la faune locale. Profitez de la grande cuisine, entièrement équipée pour manger ou notre belle véranda. douche extérieure et d'un hamac près de la piscine pour le plaisir de l'activité de courrier du matin. Vous allez adorer notre amusant bungalow !! Il a la forme et la fonction d'une plus grande maison, sans le coût. Toutes les maisons nosara verde partagent une piscine d'eau salée hugantic. Nous sommes heureux de vous aider à organiser des cuisiniers, femmes de chambre, nounou, etc. pour rendre vos vacances sans soucis!

Nice Property; better for 2 people

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The pool area was beautiful, well maintained and peaceful! Villa was clean and well kept and a short walk into the beach and restaurant area - I would recommend the owners supply a few more paper products (a roll of paper towels, and more toilet paper - and a new sponge for the kitchen). It would have been nice to have beach towels provided, as that was inconvenient to pack and 4 beach towels take up a lot of space. I would book a larger space for 4 people, being that the villa is small enough that there really is no where to sit and relax (if two people are using the couches as twin beds) without doing extra daily clean up work of sleeping spaces and one bathroom for 4 people was also somewhat of a challenge - but we do have two teenage daughters..... If my husband and I were to return; it would be a perfect place for the two of us!

Great Place to Stay

This property is well designed and well run. It has cement floors which are really easy to keep clean. There are no paved roads in this beach/surf town and it would be really easy to track mud, dirt, and sand into the apartment, but the cement floors make it really easy to keep things neat. There is a fantastic salt water pool on sight, and a staff that cleans the unit once a week and keeps everything on site well maintained. The unit is usually very quiet and peaceful (The only exception being the howler monkeys in the woods that will wake you up every morning, but that is a plus to me. Where else but beautiful Costa Rica can you greet each day to the sound of Howler's??) The unit is very roomy and comfortable. One of my favorite restaurants in Playa Guiones is right down the road and around the corner, less than 5 minutes away. The beach and any other restaurant you may want to try is less than a 15 minute walk away. I would recommend this property and in fact will definitely be coming back to stay at this exact place as soon as I can. Pura Vida!

Best location and beautiful!

You really can't do better than this property if you're looking for a place near the beach and restaurants, yet on a quiet street. I stayed here with my friend and my son, who wanted to surf all day. My friend and I walked everywhere on the wonderful trails and beach and ended the day at the fabulous pool surrounded by a well maintained garden. The kitchen is very spacious and a lot of love was given to creating a comfortable living environment. Bathroom is big, beds and sofas are comfortable. I could spend a lot of time here! Great experience!

Amazing Spot

First, I LOVE NOSARA - no problem with check in or anything with the condo. There was no view of anything - so when you are in you are in. It was close to everything I wanted. The pool is really shallow - but you're next to the beach so.... I'd reserve through here again.

Beautiful, clean, safe. Would stay again.

Perfect spot for our family of four. Safe, clean, had everything we needed and beautifully designed. The landscaping and pool were breathtaking. Great location. Having air conditioning and laundry was great! Walking distance to a lot.

We can't wait to return! Just perfect!

We had the best vacation and so much enjoyed staying in this sweet bungalow. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was just beautiful, clean and a true oasis. The morning calls for the monkeys were a delight. The property is close to everything and we were able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Our bungalow was modern, clean, tranquil, and serene. The pool is up on a hill and very private with lush tropical landscaping. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach, and about the same ro the main area 9f Guiones. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and for helping us fall back in love with Nosara.

Beautiful vacation rental in Nosara!

We loved our stay here! My wife and I came for our anniversary so when we booked, we didn't realize it was during the rainy season. We had some rain, but overall it was very nice. The rental was very nice inside and out and the pool was a great luxury. We met other couples staying at the same complex, but overall we had a good amount of privacy. We rented a car from National Car Rental at the Liberia airport and returned it to the National in Nosara. It is about a 8-10 minute walk from the house, very easy. We chose to take the more scenic route from Liberia to Nosara, which drove along the beach for some of the drive. I really enjoyed the adventure and I am glad we rented a small SUV instead of a car. It could probably be done in a car, but there were two river crossings that had us wondering if we had enough ground clearance. During our stay we walked everywhere. We tried a few of the restaurants nearby. Our favorites were Rosi's Soda Tica, Pacifico Azul, the Kaya Sol surf Hotel, and Best Burgers and Beer! We also hired a Tuk Tuk to take us to and from our Zipline tour with Miss Sky canopy tours! We had a great time and highly recommend them. We can't wait to return to Costa Rica for another vacation! Thank You!

Canadian Couple

A beautifully appointed apartment and lovely development with refreshing saltwater pool. The staff were terrific- accommodating with arrival times and any questions/needs we had. We were just minutes away from shops and restaurants as well as the beach. We had the additional pleasure of meeting Jodi, who happened to be on site during our stay. She definitely went above and beyond in assisting us with transportation, yoga class selection and travel plans....a truly lovely person. We highly recommend this location.

Wonderful property!

This bungalow was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for our trip. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed our daily walks to local restaurants and the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and the owner Jodi was great to work with. We can't wait to go back for a return visit

Casa Bierde

Our stay ay Nosara Verde rentals was very nice. Being on the back street in central Guiones was really nice in that it was very quiet, but also very close to everything. The accomodations were very well appointed with everything we needed to be totally comfortable. The pool and surrounding grounds are beautiful. I have stayed in Guiones for over a dozen years on vacation and will certainly book here again.

Great place

This is the first time we have stayed at Nosara verde. The unit was well appoined and Jodie was great to work with. The pool is amazing and we met some new friends there. Our 3 year old loved the pool with the shallow end and actually learned to swim on our trip. We will be back. Thank you Jodie for the wonderful stay.

Wonderful romantic getaway

We had a wonderful week at the bungalow. It was everything a couple could need. Very clean and modern and lot's of light. Everything was as advertised, the beach was about 10 minutes away by foot, in two directions. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and bars w/in walking distance. Again that 10 minutes. Pool was very nice. And the beach is spectacular. Perfect really. We did have a small problem finding the place as there are no street signs. The bungalow is on Calle los mangos. And here are the GPS coordinates of the bungalow 9.947901, -85.667125. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this bungalow.

Modern Accommodations in a Great Location

Before we even arrived in Costa Rica Jodie helped answer all our questions about the area and arranged shuttle transportation for myself and three adult children from the Liberia airport straight to Nosara Verde. The bungalow was well stocked with amenities, comfortable, and very clean. It was so great to even have a secure closet to lock our surfboards in! We didn't need a car as the bungalow was within walking distance of the beach, surf shops, the minimart and restaurants. It was nice to be able to relax at the beautiful saltwater pool after surfing twice a day. We were so happy to meet Jodie and her family while we were there! Definitely a place we'd recommend to others who are looking for great accommodations and amazing surf!

Beautiful Property - Water Issues

We have stayed at this property twice because we liked it so much the first time in June 2015. The other reviews are all accurate but in our latest stay for 3 nights in January 2016, during the dry season, the water to the property was not functioning between 4:00PM and 7:30AM daily. This was a city wide shutdown but many properties have their own water holding tanks to supply water while the city water is turned off daily. Sadly, this property was not constructed with any holding tanks and we were not made aware that this may be a problem at booking or check-in. We checked in at 3:30 and had no water at 4:00PM. A neighbor was kind enough to give us a few jugs of water to flush toilets for the night but no showers after a full day at the beach....

Clean, bright and close to everything.

We stayed at Nosara Verde for 5 nights during a month long trip around CR. The condo was spacious and extremely clean. The bed was large and comfortable, the A/C and wifi worked perfectly and the kitchen was great for preparing meals. This was the only place we stayed in which had a laundry machine and dryer available for use (for free). Gabbi and Oscar (the property managers) were extremely nice and welcoming. They helped out with anything that we needed throughout our stay. The pool here in fantastic - great private place to hang out and enjoy the sun. You are walking distance from the beach however having a car is ideal in order to get to the grocery store and local restaurants. We highly recommend this condo.

Amazing vacation in every way.

We stayed a week at nosara verde in two bungalows. It was the most wonderful trip. The bungalows were just perfect for us. We had our 2 year old with us, my mom, and our oldest daughter (24). It was perfect for everyone! The pool was perfect, my mom spent so much time there swimming, relaxing under the beautiful trees. Our little one had learned to swim by the end of the trip. The shallow area was so fun for him. We loved the howler monkeys that came by each day. The location was perfect. We walked to everything. Our favorite place to eat was Rosie's soda.. We have a special affection for typical Costa Rican food. Robin's was also wonderful.. Homemade wheat bread and ice cream. Every place we ate was fantastic. The freshness of the food in Costa Rica can't be beat.. It is alive and abundant with ripeness! The fruit smoothies are so fresh. We live on a farm and grow and raise most all our food and still the flavor from the fruit in Costa Rica is so rich. We rented a golf cart for the week for my mom, but one could stay here easily and walk everywhere. We rented surf boards and surfed almost every day. We walked through the little jungle trail across from the skate park to Harmony yoga every morning. The yoga was really good and a beautiful studio. It is pricey at $15 a class though (more than here at home) .. But you get to practice in Costa Rica so it was worth it. We visited Garza and found a very private area of beach with shady trees and a lovely smooth -sand beach that was perfect for swimming. Horses joined us on this beach galloping free and playing in the water and a family of monkeys hung out in the tree above us, It was just so magical there! Our rooms were clean, beautiful and the kitchens well appointed. The beds were comfortable and we had the greatest vacation. Thank you Jodie! Jodie was so kind and easy to work with and all the staff was just wonderful. We plan to come back and stay at Nosara Verde again next year and stay longer!

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect host!

My husband and I stayed two weeks in one of the charming casitas at Nosara Verde. I was amazed how cozy yet spacious the house felt. We checked out one of the bigger homes in Nosara Verde for our next trip and it was fabulous! The secluded pool is beautiful and kept immaculate. Location is ideal. You can stay there and never need a car, the beach, restaurants and shops are a bike ride or even walking distance away. Jodie and her staff were always so helpful when I asked for recommendations; best place to eat breakfast, dinner, get a massage and more. The nearby zip line is a blast but my morning walks on the beach and returning to watch the most breathtaking sunsets were my favorites. We will definitely return to Nosara Verde.

Great place to stay for ever!

My wife and I we're from CR but we hadn't visited the area, and there was no better place to stay. Nosara Verde offers cozy, modern, and spacious rooms perfect for any short or long stay. It's located in a secondary road that avoids any traffic and enhances privacy, but it's close enough to everything even on foot. Thanks Jodie for a great time in Nossara! We'll be back!

Super sweet cozy casita

i was introduced to Jodie after staying at a nearby house and i wanted to extend my stay in nosara...Jodie was so sweet and accommodating with me and my last minute requests. the house itself is just perfect for one or two persons its new, charming, fresh and has everything you need to be safe and cozy. I really got attached to my casita ( see now its mine haha) and i really would rent it again in a heartbeat. Also its always a good feeling to do business with decent human beings and Jodie is super great!! makes the experience so more more full and memorable. There is also a nice pool , its close to the surf and the skatepark in proximity has amazing food( try the beets...mmmm)

We would definitely come back

We stayed at Nosara Verde for a little over two weeks and had a wonderful time. We stayed in one of the comfortable and very nice Casitas- awesome king bed, spacious and well stocked kitchen, etc. The owner was extremely kind and helpful to us during our stay. She even helped to arrange for childcare, which was an unexpected treat. The pool is great and has at least some shade all day long. The location is towards the North End of Playa Guoines and is bit less crowded than the main portion of what people would consider Playa Guoines, but still very close to restaurants and the beach(about 10 minutes walk give or take). It has the added benefit of being walkable to Playa Peleda for dinner or a change of pace. Though we did rent a car to get to Guoines, we were able to walk and bike everywhere we needed. Playa Guoines is a a very large swath of sand with a lot of space to spread out. The surfing here is very consistent and the large beach spreads people out which is nice.

We are a family who moved to nosara in 2006. We fell in love with this magical spot and decided to stay. We are originally from Park City, Utah. We found a unique property near the beach and decided to build a few homes and some sweet bungalows. We felt nosara was in need of new, upgraded, updated homes and budget rentals for our growing community of tourists. Over the years we have watched people return again and again. Nosara truly is an enchanting place.

Its fun to walk or ride your bike to the many restaurants and live entertainment available in our area.
