Welcome to this beautiful Majorcan rural house on the outskirts of Campos.
Its exteriors are very nice, with large gardens, 8 x 5 m large swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m and a spacious loungers area with 6 sunbeds. Relax on the huge terrace, or enjoy a great barbecue evening on the fully furnished porch, with the mobile barbecue.

The house has 170 m2, distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, one with double bed, and one with two single beds. All they equipped with air conditioning and heating. One cot and one high chair available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is one more bathroom with a bathtub.
The rustic living room is very cozy and comfortable. It counts with one sofa, table, TV-Sat, air conditioning and a wood stove. The kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils and disposes of a dining area with large table and chairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

It offers total privacy and maximum tranquility. The apartment is just 2 km from Campos, where you can find everything what you may need for your holiday: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. In 10 min by car you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic islands. Nearby you will also find many more beaches and coves with crystal waters.

The city of Palma is a 30 minute drive. You can enjoy the visit to make sightseeing, cultural tours or shopping. In Palma there are several water parks as Westernpark, Aqualand, etc. Do not miss the visit to Palma Aquarium.
