Mockingbird Manor est une grande maison au bord de l'eau qui offre un emplacement extraordinaire, une piscine et une vue. Cette maison est un mile de Sombrero Beach. C'est aussi dans un quartier calme et isolé. Il a le meilleur des deux - sérénité et proximité d'un emplacement de choix.

Il y a 60 pieds de quai à cette maison, l'ascenseur à bateau n'est pas à l'usage du locataire.

Cette maison rénovée est idéale pour toute la famille.

Il y a deux plages publiques et un parc d'état à proximité de la maison. Coco Plum est à 12 minutes en voiture, la plage de Sombrero à 5 minutes et le parc national Curry Hammock à 15 minutes de la maison.

Paradise Vacation

We love the panoramic view to the west overlooking the canal, although it does get very hot with the afternoon sun beating down on shade less windows. We bring a big fan with us to help cool the living area down. AC filter needs to be changed.

Perfect

Our family vacations in marathon every year. This home was perfect for us! The location the amenities and the space was perfect. Very much enjoyed our stay!! The only nit but it didn’t take away from the vacation. the propane tanks for the grill. One was empty the other was full, but broken. I spent an hour and a half trying to locate a place that had propane and they wouldn’t accept the broken one. So I replaced the empty. Note to others as this seems to be a theme no matter where I rent in marathon. Fill the tank, make sure it is not broken, and clean the grill for the next person.

The house is stocked with everything you need and more. The location is perfect - bike or walk to the beach, short drive to Publix and just a short ride out of Sisters Creek to the ocean! The management company is a dream to work with. We had to contact them a few times for personal reasons and they were so kind, caring and accommodating. You absolutely would not regret staying here!

The house was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. Our family enjoyed grilling by the pool and dining under the Tiki hut. We also enjoyed having our boat docked at the home. Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals made the reservation and check in process easy...friendly and accommodating service. This home was added to our family’s favorites. We will definitely book again!

Perfect Place to stay in the keys

Excellent location in the keys close to everything. The house is located on a wider access canal so lots of boat watching. The house itself has larger living areas and bedrooms, is nicely updated and clean and is just as the pics and write up describe. The pool is perfect for hot lazy days and the palapa provides great relief from the sun. The rental team was quick to respond to our requests including a high chair and playpen for our toddler grandson. If I had to say anything negative it would be the inconvenient check in /check out times and the constant reminders about garbage/recycling/laundry/dishes.... We're adults, we get it.... Overall we loved it, would highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home!!!!

The house was well equipped with everything you need and pool was awesome for the kids and adults. Just around the corner to any type of store you need to get to and a short trip to the ocean from the dock. Plenty of room for our 24 foot boat and our agent, Mallory was quick to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Nice place.

Great place. Always clean and well equipped. The kids love swimming and catching the small fish from the dock. Easy access to open water once you learn the canal system. We’ll be staying there again next year!

Relaxing Family New Years Getaway =)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had an amazing time at Mockingbird Manor..!! What a Beautiful Home with absolutely Everything you can think of. The kitchen is beautiful & fully equipped. The living area is extremely spacious and the vaulted ceilings gives it a more open feeling. There is an extra living area nook that is equipped with a sofa bed and can be used as an extra sleeping area if needed. It has a wonderful outdoor patio right off of the living area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon lunch. The pool is HUGE & was perfectly heated for the weather we received. It was a bit chilly and windy and we were still able to enjoy a nice heated pool throughout the evenings, which was amazing. It has a very spacious dock with a side entrance where we launched our paddle boards & kayaks. The outdoor is very spacious and has a cute tiki hut with perfect lighting for a nice BBQ dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to Sombrero Beach where we enjoyed the sunsets. It's a few minutes from groceries and restaurants, so if you're missing something, it's a quick hop. Extremely convenient. Mallory from Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals was our point of contact & she was amazing. Any questions I had, she responded to quickly. They have great resources & excellent suggestions. I loved their service.!! The house is very nicely taken care of & all of the furniture is in excellent condition. It has a separate spacious laundry room with an extra toilet, so that was a huge plus.!! All of the beds were very comfy and the wifi and cable tv were a huge plus as well. The house also had children's toys for anyone traveling with small kids. It has a cute wet bar with a sink, which came in handy on New Years night. All in all, the home had everything we needed and more. Loved the location and the size and the outdoor and the openness of the living and kitchen areas. We had a wonderful time, and can't wait to go back. Thank you for such a Wonderful stay..!! =) =) =)

Wonderful Vacation at Mockingbird Manor

We were a family of 4 adults and 4 children and we fit perfectly in this house. Our 18.5 ft boat that docked effortlessly and had easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen was full stocked with every appliance you would need, towels were fully stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was immaculate. The pool and tiki hut were awesome. We snorkeled and fished everyday. The food market was only down the street. The kids fished on the dock too. A Friendly manatee showed up to our excitement one morning. I recommend this house and planning to return ASAP.

Great property that is very convenient to shops and restaurants. Clean, well equipped and spacious. The kids had a blast in the pool, chasing the poor iguana and fish from the dick every day. The property manager is quick to respond and very friendly. We will be booking again for next year!

We had a great time the property was incredible! We would definitely come back to this property!

The rental experience was great. The management company is very responsive. The house is beautiful with Plenty of space. We have been renting in the keys for years and are glad we finally found a great place to rent. We would definitely come back to this house!
