Cette toute nouvelle maison, nommée «Harbour Hideaway», a été conçue et construite pour le confort et le style, avec une attention particulière portée à chaque détail. Il est chaleureux, invitant et joliment décoré avec une touche moderne de Keys et constitue la tranche parfaite de la tarte paradisiaque!

Cette maison est intelligemment positionnée sur la propriété pour maximiser l’utilisation complète du terrain, offrant ainsi un grand parking à l’avant, tout en créant un espace de vie extérieur abondant à l’arrière.

Le salon principal est élégamment agencé comme un plan d'étage spacieux et ouvert permettant aux invités de s'étendre et de se déplacer librement dans toute la maison. La cuisine est spectaculaire, avec des appareils ultramodernes, un espace de travail généreux et une fluidité de la forme. La salle à manger est abondante dans toute la maison. Elle comprend une grande salle à manger de la cuisine, un bar de petit-déjeuner surdimensionné et une option de restauration décontractée sur le balcon du salon principal; parfait pour savourer un repas de poisson frais du jour ou un cocktail rafraîchissant en soirée tout en donnant sur la charmante cour arrière.

Les clients sont particulièrement heureux de constater que les 4 chambres spacieuses offrent non seulement un lit king-size, mais aussi une salle de bain privée. Chaque salle de bains est une vitrine de design avec des meubles en marbre, des miroirs conçus individuellement pour chaque salle de bains et des douches vitrées et méticuleusement fermées. Une option de couchage supplémentaire est offerte avec un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

Le dos de cette maison est bien pensé pour créer un cadre privé pour les invités puissent en profiter. Une grande piscine avec un grand patio près de la piscine orne la cour arrière. We had a great stay at this home—it was just as described and had plenty of space for our group of four adult couples. Having king beds and private en-suite bathrooms for each couple made the stay especially comfortable.While the proximity to the airport meant some noise at times, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment, especially when spending time outdoors. The location on the channel was amazing, and seeing manatees every day was such a special bonus!The management company/owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, often replying to questions within 15 minutes. We really appreciated the excellent communication and would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay!

It was nice have king suites in the house for 4 couples! There’s was no decision on who gets a twin mattress. The helicopters were the noisiest at the airport. The pool was the perfect size! We saw 6 manatees in the canal one day! That was awesome! We found a nice place to watch the sunset! Highly recommend this house! It was clean, had a great layout and a nice deck and pool!

Very comfortable property

Everything is exactly as pictured it seems quite new very clean and very well-equipped. Nice swimming pool water was warm everything about the place was just great except for one real problem… And that is it is right next-door to the airport and the planes and helicopters are very noisy and very frequent especially in the morning. You have to stop having a conversation you cannot hear when they go over.

Your stay was during a week that we were completely sold out and there were several events taking place. Our community and the airport most likely was experiencing busier than normal air traffic. Airport House

House was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Unfortunately the location was not up to our expectations. Airport noise, even during night (helicopters coming and going)was disturbing. Land locked with airport on one side, industrial area on other, so very little walking/sightseeing. Had to drive everywhere. Marathon is really a place for boats and fishing and we are beach people. Would recommend house location on other side of highway

The house was really nice, however, it is right next to the airport. The beach is about 5 miles away, so need to drive. I think the description lacked this info. Bath towels need an upgrade, kitchen needs larger pans to accommodate 8 people, and items like measuring cups, pitchers and electric griddle, so that cooking can be done. Also the tarps were not available on the porch, so we could not use it because of the heat. The pool was very nice and the bathrooms and bedrooms are very large.

Accurate description of property, perfect for boaters

Positives - The house was very well kept, clean and had adequate cooking materials (pans, pots, grill etc). Our group of 7 always had plenty of room and never felt cramped. Great layout for a short term rental. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning was perfect. Parking was great, huge gravel driveway with lots of trailer and vehicle parking. Enough seawall for our 32ft CC and 25ft CC, canal was 15ft deep minimum (coming out of the dredged canal was approximately 2.5-3ft at median tide) Negatives - Pool is salt (which is great) but the generator was on maximum chlorine setting, the water was impossible to be in for more than a few minutes. It also had a fairly significant leak at the pool pump, so we were constantly filling the pool with water to keep it from sucking air. (Property management was notified and a pool repair person called me quickly, so kudos to the management!) There is no water or power at the dock, we had to purchase a hose long enough to reach the boats. We used extension cords to charge our boats. Keep in mind, this house is a stones throw to the air strip at the Marathon Airport. Expect some noise. It wasn’t overwhelming but occasionally it was easier to stop talking for 5 seconds while a Jet takes off than yell over it. Final thoughts - I would definitely book this property again. It was perfect for our group and we really enjoyed how clean/new the home was.

Love it!!

The house was great! Perfect for two families. Very clean and well stocked with enough to could big meals in. Pool was cleaned multiple times which I love when your staying for a week. Dock was perfect for our boat and enjoyed seeing the manatee’s. Plenty of parking for big trucks underneath which was great to keep them out of the sun and cool. Would totally recommend this house.

This was the perfect place for six adults to get away. The location was close to great places to eat, beaches nearby and beautiful views of the Atlantic and the gulf a shirt walk away.

Great property in Marathon

This is a great property - the pictures are very accurate. What was very impressive is how clean it was! And the check in process and communication with the property managers was awesome. They checked in on us after arrival, called back about a small issue the previous renters had reported, and also checked in with us the day before leaving to see if we had any questions - and to offer to help us with commute time to the airport!! Great customer service. The pool was great and we spent alot of time relaxing - there is not all that much shopping in Marathon, some small shops but no general "shopping area". Beaches and restaurants we went to were fantastic - people are very friendly and helpful here! All in all great, relaxing trip and we would visit again!

Awesome week for a 40th bday and a 9th bday

We rented this house to celebrate my 40th and my sons 9th birthday . Everyone had a wonderful time . The property was perfect and both boat ramps were close to use as we had a boat issue and could not leave it at the dock over night . The kids and adults enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool . Inside the house was a great layout you never felt like you were on top of people , all bedrooms had their own bathroom too which was a major plus. A couple reviews I had read previously complained about the airport and the construction neither of these bothered our group . It was a busy weekend with the airport since it was Labor Day but we all enjoyed the planes taking off and landing and the construction was not annoying at all or disrupting. We hope to rent this property again next year. Another thing the girls in the office are AMAZING and answer back right away if you have any questions about your upcoming trip.

Amazing house

Property is as shown. It was a great stay and good location. House has everything you need!! Pool is wonderful and there are cornhole boards as well. Nice dock spot at back of house. Kitchen has everything needed. Beach towels there as well. Airport was not bothersome to our group as mentioned in other reviews. We heard it but did not bother us. Had a great time!

Our house was a well maintained house. It was in close proximity to the airport, so there was quite a bit of aircraft noise. The house is well built and shuts out all but the noisiest aircraft. It was large enough to accommodate 4 couples, but cozy enough so that guests were not spread out too far.

House is exactly as listed. Check-in was easy and fast. Great communication with the rental company if any problems come up. We utilized the pool and yard a lot and had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Nice house right behind airport

Overall the house was nice and things were new. The pool was shallow enough to keep it a warm temp the whole week if you choose to do that. They didn't have beach chairs for excursions to sandbars or the beach, we bought 5 and left them. There was corn hole and pool noodles and we bought a raft and left it. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was perfect for us. There were some children's board games if it rains. The only main negative for us was the airport. It was noisy even as late as 12:30 PM.

Spacious home, well appointed

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Close to the airport, so there is some noise, planes/helicopters, but we didn't mind that at all. Just want to mention that the bedroom with the glass doors opening out to the deck can be very bright, so if you want to sleep in, I would choose another room. I think this could be remedied by 2 drapery panels hung over that door, just to give the option. Good location, nice neighborhood for morning walks.

Great accommodations

Deep canal with good docking & nice outdoor area to hang out for the days the water was too rough to take the boat out. Love that in the house there’s plenty of room to gather but also everyone has their own private space & bathrooms. Cabinets were well stocked with dishes & appliances. Will definitely be back.

Summer Getaway

This house looks just like the pictures which doesn’t happen often! Centrally located clean and enjoyable atmosphere! It was a great trip. The only feedback we provided is the beds in each room were very hard and uncomfortable. That’s the only thing I would change about our stay!
