1st Level of the Home:
The first level of this charming stilted home features an open-concept great room that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one spacious area. It also includes two bedrooms: one with a Queen-sized bed and another with two Twin beds. Since you're vacationing in the Florida Keys, you have the flexibility to dine out or prepare meals in the modern, fully stocked kitchen.
Step out from the living room onto a large deck with outdoor dining space, perfect for enjoying your freshly caught fish while taking in the views of your private heated pool, the canal, and the vibrant Florida Keys sunsets.
2nd Level of the Home:
On the second level, the luxurious master suite beckons with a King-sized bed, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom, offering a private retreat where you can unwind in comfort and style.
Outdoor Oasis:
Looking for some shade to relax during a lazy afternoon nap? No problem—outside the home, there's a spacious, tropical tiki hut perfect for unwinding. You can also enjoy a private, heated pool (with a fee) and a generous yard that features a gas grill for your cookouts.
For water enthusiasts, the outdoor area includes 30 feet of deepwater dockage with ocean access via Sister Creek, as well as a fish cleaning table and a bait freezer for your fishing needs. You'll also have 4 bikes and 3 kayaks at your disposal to explore the surroundings. Ample parking is available with 4+ spots and space for a boat trailer.
Your pets will love the large, fully fenced yard, and you're just a short distance from Sombrero Beach. The property also boasts a patio area for additional relaxation and privacy.

We had a very relaxing vacation at this home. It's what we both were looking forward to. Shopping and dining were a 5-10 minute drive from the home. Very open interior main room, with lots of room to breathe. The pool and tiki hut were both a plus to escape the heat of the day. Would definitely recommend this home.

Relaxing Accommodation's
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used all amenities, bikes, kayaks and pool. House was clean, beds were comfortable as well. Tiki hut was great to protect from the sun, as it was very hot. Only suggestion, would be living room furniture to fit the number of guests, as well as the deck table - could have used some chairs. Would def be back

Our stay in Marathon.
Good location. Close to restaurants, beaches, shopping, attractions.
The house was nice. The paint job was a bit odd (not quite finished). The pool was nice, even though a bit smaller than it looked to be in the photos. It was a short walk to a nice beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Location was great. The property is in complete disarray. It is NOT taken care of and maintained. It is NOT worth the money spent. It was dirty, things didn't work! Beds were not made. I called REPEATEDLY with ZERO response!
