From the booking through to check out, everything was very simple and clear. The covered parking space was a great bonus but the flat itself is well located only a short 5 minutes walk from the main restaurants/pubs/shops.
The view from the balcony is really amazing. The pool/sauna facilities are great too and of course you can ski-out / ski-in which is a big plus.
My and and our two children had a fantastic week in les arcs 1800.The apartment is in a perfect location to access the mountains and the surrounding areas.Great communication and great week had.Omly downside was our vehicle wouldnât fit in the garage as height limit is 1.9 m my vehicle being 2m high.It meant a trek down the hill to park and there wasnât always a spot available to park in.
We had a very enjoyable week in this apartment just after Easter. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and everything as described. The skiing abilities of our family meant that the ski back to the property wasn't possible so we kept our boots and skis at the Skimium shop (very helpful) in Arcs 1800 centre, a few minutes walk down the hill. Lovely pool facilities and sauna/steam rooms helped to ease tired legs after a day on the slopes. The option to order breakfast croissants etc from reception was very convenient. Short walk downhill to the restaurants in the centre or you can drive down if you can't face the walk back up. Great communication from the owner Laurent and local concierge service was easy to deal with. Excellent ski area.
Clean, very comfortable and well-equipped appartment with wonderful views.
This was our first time skiing in Les Arcs and we stayed at the height of Covid restrictions, so after all the stress of having to book extra tests, download Covid passes in order to use the lifts etc we were extremely happy to survive a wonderful week's skiing without incident. Perfect snow and 7 blue sky days.
We couldn't fault communication with Laurent, the appartment owner, who was most helpful at all times. Although we would suggest, it might be helpful to have a little map of the area and some basic info of local amenities and how to get there so you can get your bearings when you arrive.
Keys had to be picked up and dropped off at Maeva Homes management office tucked away, opposite the shuttle bus station...not ideal when you have an early morning departure flight and the transfer driver is very late!
Le Roselend reception seemed to be manned entirely by Pierre et Vacances personnel, who seemed happy to take our bread and croissant orders and help with any questions.
The pool and spa were well maintained and Ski in, ski out was perfect for intermediate and above, might be a bit tricky for beginners.
Dahu lift wasn't working when we there, and unfortunately we didn't realise that there was a shortcut pedestrian path to the village until our penultimate night! Turn left as you come out of the main reception door and it's just a couple of minutes walk downhill. Without a car, we'd been skiing down at the end/beginning of the day to do our shopping and then taking it up the mountain to ski the shopping back in!
Would recommend, Edenarc Precision Ski just a bit higher up the slope for hire of good quality, equipment, most of which was brand new with labels on. You can either ski back down to Le Roselend, walk by road or get the regular shuttle bus.
Had a great family stay in this conveniently located, well equipped very pleasant appartment.
Very helpful owner and team at the resort.
Lots to do. ( Despite lockdown )

Prima appartement
