Un de seulement 2 - 2BR condos à Capri par le golfe, ce condo a récemment mis à jour tous les conforts de la maison, avec la plage dans votre arrière-cour!

Destin, en Floride, est connu comme "le village mondes plus chanceux de pêche», mais nous ne se arrête pas là! Les plages blanches de la Floride et les eaux vert émeraude sont inégalées. Boutique dans un centre commercial, un centre commercial en plein air haut de gamme, ou l'une des nombreuses boutiques. Lorsque vous êtes à travers les achats, il ya des endroits sans fin pour profiter de la cuisine locale ou tout simplement obtenir une morsure rapide. Easy access to beach and dining. Two chairs and umbrella daily. Had some issue, but dealt with promptly! Good stay!

Perfect for a small family and super convenient to the beach

Property is a little older but it’s very clean and super convenient to the beach. Daily chair and umbrella service at the private beach was really nice. The only con I would list is this unit is right by the street so you can hear a lot of street noise which can be remedied by ear plugs.

Reviewer Comments: First time in destin and it was the perfect place to stay and it was clean and an easy process, great for the price and very close to everything and beautiful beach right there! We will definitely be back again maybe when it's a little warmer in March or later but was still better than the weather we left behind! Great time and would definitely recommend here!

The furniture is a bit outdated, but not concerning for us. The bunk beds are a great feature for younger kids. This property is great for the price and location related to the beach.

Enjoyed sitting outside and drinking coffee while watching the waves. I also liked that we had an assigned parking spot right outside our door. Would stay here again!

The king sheets in this unit were worn out! It also needed air fresheners. The couch needed cleaning. The back door code did not work. I did not contact property manager.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was ok - it had a nice kitchen.The internet was awful - I couldn’t work remotely because it was so unreliable and didn’t work more than it did. The washers and dryers are broken and/or eat your coins.The blinds on the bedroom door were broken so someone taped paper on the windows to cover it (like are you kidding me?!). The toilet took 3x before it would actually flush. The beach access was the best part. That’s why we come. Expect sub par because you’re not paying for what you’re staying in, you’re paying for your access. We were willing to deal with it and honestly will probably return because of that alone. Management is good - the owners really need to step it up. Paying almost 3k for a week and have paper taped to your windows to replace blinds is super cheap and disappointing.
