Great spot on the beach

I would recommend this property only after the upcoming renovations in Fall 2024. The unit was clean and check in was very convenient. It is a short walk to one of our favorite spots on the beach.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a very clean property with accurate description in the listing. The only drawback is access to the beach as you walk out is reserved for the Emerald properties where you walk out. You have to walk farther down the beach line to set up umbrellas and chairs. However it is a beautiful, private beach cove with a rock bar & amazing areas for snorkeling and wading in the ocean! We will definitely be back!

You get 1 free adult ticket per activity per day
 the way they advertise it is misleading
it says up to 580$ in activities covered daily so I thought we all could do an “included” activity together as far as the actual property all around wasn’t bad, for the amount paid for 4 nights, I expected a little nicer
 all the beds were pretty uncomfortable and don’t recommend doing laundry at night bc washer is SUPER loud

we were not given code to get into property gate or condo door called and was on phone for 2 !/2 hour trying to get them expedia said we didn't have reservations and i had int number and booking no and it was fully paid finally got a hold of vrbo and they helped us very quickly expedia person hung up 2 times and not real pleasant after finally got into condo around 9;40 pm it was nice

Not a great trip/ good location

Third party communication and did not receive any check-in information. I had to call to get that., Ashlee was extremely helpful. Had to call back four times to get door codes, and gate codes, and Wi-Fi password before we could even get in the room. Coming as a family of six we expected to be able to use the pullout sofa. It is in such poor condition that there is a large bar that sticks up in the middle. It is unable to support someone sleeping on it. Some are uncomfortable this was unusable. Sent someone to look at it, but did not tell us. Stranger danger. Had 1 kid on the couch and one adult (21) slept in a recliner. He decided to leave after day two. No rugs. A very poorly appointed kitchen all around. The condo itself was very nice as far as space and cleanliness. Other beds were good. We’ve stayed at poolside villas before and a different unit and enjoy the location. The walk to the beach is very easy. The last day we requested a late check out as my children were on the beach when a little girl was pulled under by the tide, she was not recovered. This is a good beach we just don’t swim late afternoon/ evening. We were all very upset, understandably and up late, so we requested lake check out. It was allowed with a fee. Overall we enjoy this beach and Poolside Villas. Not sure I would go with this particular unit again. But again, for the amount of money we expected to have enough beds. One kid left our vacation early because lack of sleeping arrangement. Sad

Could be better

First it’s a little confusing as the description tells you about the property management group but doesn’t specify that emails will be coming from a third party and not VRBO. So we missed the rental agreement. Then the free pass is another third party that you Must call and pre-book a day in advance. The condo is much smaller than the photos look. The beach access is great and super different view but we loved it. The condo could have been cleaner. There’s mold on the shower curtain and black hairs all over the shower which tells me the cleaners do not have an eye for detail nor did they clean correctly. There is an elevator and carts for luggage use. The master bedroom mattress is horrible. We woke up with back pain every day. It was not good sleeping at all. No bathrooms rugs for when you get out of the shower. Also the sinks and showers have plumbing issues and you stand in your shower water while showering. It’s pretty gross. If the owners would put in a little money to do some Upgrades they would make a killing. It’s a prime location minutes away from dining and entertainment. All around not happy with the price we paid for 3 nights.

Great location, condo, and amenities!

We'd previously stayed in the same building (different condo), and love the location! Short walk to the calm east jetty beach. Longer walk to the wilder Gulf beach with bigger waves. Condo is great with balcony view overlooking the clean, well-kept pool and the beach. And walkway view of beach in the distance. Condo was fine with updated beach decor, comfortable beds, and enough seating for us. Gated parking lot is another great perk! The only drawbacks: The slider from the living room to the balcony was very hard to open and close. We mostly used the bedroom slider. The electrical wiring could maybe use an upgrade. Some plug-ins only worked if a light switch was on (Found that out after phone didn't charge overnight. ). There were no gfci outlets near sinks. (And maybe that's not required in Florida??) Although a coffee pot is provided, there are no filters provided. Not a big deal. Just plan ahead to bring your own. Overall, it's a clean, safe, family-friendly place to stay in a great location!
