Ce magnifique condo est encore meilleur avec un remodelage complet! Tout est frais et neuf, y compris les appareils neufs, et une magnifique salle de bain avec une douche de 5 pieds! Même un nouveau système de CVC pour un séjour très rafraîchissant et confortable! Les rénovations exquises incluent de nouvelles tuiles dans tout le condo, de belles nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en quartz. Détendez-vous après une journée de divertissement au soleil et regardez vos émissions préférées sur l’un des 2 nouveaux téléviseurs LG Smart de 49 pouces, un dans le salon et un dans la chambre. Pont communautaire à quelques pas de distance pour se détendre et profiter d'une boisson fraîche avec le coucher de soleil. Ce complexe privé contribue à assurer notre plage reste privé et pas bondé

Destin, en Floride, est connu comme "le village mondes plus chanceux de pêche», mais nous ne se arrête pas là! Les plages blanches de la Floride et les eaux vert émeraude sont inégalées. Boutique dans un centre commercial, un centre commercial en plein air haut de gamme, ou l'une des nombreuses boutiques. Lorsque vous êtes à travers les achats, il ya des endroits sans fin pour profiter de la cuisine locale ou tout simplement obtenir une morsure rapide. Great vacation

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean. Great location with private beach and complimentary umbrella and beach chairs. Very quiet and prefect for small families. Would definitely recommend staying herei and will definitely be coming back!!!

Capri 122 Get Away

It was perfectly themed with all new appliances and fixtures ! On my thing I would change is the coffee pot- to a Keurig - or have both. Our stay was wonderful - no bumper to bumper traffic or wait times to eat! Highly recommend!

Great value but it's getting run down

The people there are always great and the other guests have always been super nice. The one complaint I have is they are not keeping the property updated. Each time we have gone it has gotten a little more run down. Still a great place to stay.

Easy ON BEACH access

This old school property is small not crowded and just a hidden gem directly on the beach. There’s stairs to climb to/from beach but it’s not bad. The condo has been renovated with a few tweaks needing to be tended to but overall a perfect place for a couple. It might be ok for a couple with 1or 2 small children but I would say it’s too small for more than 2 adults. The bathroom is tiny with a small toilet & shower and really all you need when spending most of the time on the beach. The beach chair service is from 9-5 so if you enjoy staying til sunset you’d want to bring your own chairs. The office and maintenance crew are super friendly and Chad goes above and beyond to make sure you’re attended to. We will definitely be back!

We Love 122

There were 3 roaches in the bathroom ( at different times) but the condo was very clean ( that’s why I have 4 stars). We do LOVE this condo and will stay there again! [ The tv change and 3 roaches are why I gave 4 stars on 2 questions]

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this Unit from Sept 21st to Sept 28th and it was perfect with the exception of the Bed. Unfortunately that was the only drawback from this unit. The Unit appeared to be fully updated with the exception of the bed. The bed was extremely hard and dipped in the middle. My husband and both had an extremely difficult time sleeping. A new bed would be the only thing that would make this unit PERFECT. The view was amazing, a very short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay again (with a new bed).
