Entièrement rénové condo de plage à quelques pas du sable. Parfait pour ceux qui veulent marcher partout. A quelques minutes de la jetée / restaurants. Avec une cuisine complète et porche extérieur avec un barbecue où vous êtes prêt à profiter d'un beau dîner à l'extérieur

Surfers, les kayakistes, les baigneurs peuvent simplement marcher 100 marches de la rue de la plage et commencer votre aventure.

Newport vacation

Very impressed with this home and stay, the host was very responsive and worked with us when we needed to stay a little longer on our last day due to a late flight! The host checked on us daily and answered all our questions! Definitely would book here again!

Wonderful stay - property had everything we needed and quick walk to beach!

Emil went above and beyond to make sure we had all the items and information we needed for our stay. We needed an additional table and chairs for our group for dinners or game nights and he had a folding table and chairs ready for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. There was a premium coffee maker and hot water maker for tea. The property is a short walk to the beach, and he had boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys available for the kids to use. Parking in all the Newport Beach properties is better suited for a smaller vehicle, but our family had rented a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and it fit fine, as long as I backed into it. There are two playgrounds and a basketball court a quick walk from the property. There is a grocery store "Pavilions," very close as well that has everything you need. By the way, try the donuts from the bakery at Pavilions - delicious! The renters above us were courteous and knocked on our door to let us know when they were done with the laundry so we could use it. We would recommend this property for a fun Newport Beach stay.

Great location to walk to the beach.

We rented the Beach House for a week so we could walk to the beach and it was perfect. Easily sleeps two adult couples and two kids. The kitchen was big enough for a whole family that likes to congregate there. Open area layout of the living room and kitchen opening up to the porch. Huge 72” flat screen with HD cable and a PS3 for movies and games. The porch with table and chairs made the Beach House. We ate every dinner there. It is in the late afternoon shady side of the house and the on-shore breeze made it very nice, even in the middle of the summer. Location was why we picked this rental over others. It was only 200 yards from the surf. We were a little worried because it was on the other side of Balboa Blvd (the major beach drive). Turns out it was a blessing because there was much less vehicular traffic on our side of 41st St driving thru looking for beach access parking. The garage was large enough for backing in an SUV and still getting into the hatchback. Full sized washer and drier was there. Portable propane grill (with full spare tank) was on the side of the house and shared with the upstairs rental neighbors (they never use it). Nice to pull the grill onto the porch in the breeze to cook. The whole place, you can tell, was recently updated. Bathrooms were clean and adequate in size. The master bathroom shower was big enough for two. New celling fans throughout, except the kid’s room. There is tons to do in the Newport Beach area but we’ve done most of that before. We went to play in the surf and on the beach this time. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Fall Break

We had a very nice time in our recent trip to Newport. The house is just a quick walk across Balboa Blvd and you're on the sand. The garage had some beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards. Inside were beach towels as well. The less to pack, the better! I was happy to be able to do a load of laundry- what a perk to have detergent pods available!! Only downside was parkin, and we knew that might be an issue. Our SUV did not fit in the side of the garage that was offered. We ended up find street parking and walked most places. Emil was responsive and we will book here again :)

Family getaway

So lucky to find this great condo which was perfect for my family with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen had everything needed to take care of all our daily needs for the week. A great plus was the garage with washer n dryer, no need to hunt for parking, walking distance to beach. This was truly a family vacation at the beach.

If you require SLEEP look somewhere else.

Big let down to say the least. PM was fine and courteous but that means absolutely nothing when you can’t get any rest. The long term tenants above us were totally inconsiderate **shats that like to stomp around every night from 11:30pm - 3am ish. My pregnant daughter went home exhausted 4 days early. My whole family couldn’t wait to get home. Don’t believe it? Book and find out. Not to mention Wi-Fi was out, Dishwasher doesn’t work. Etc. waste of time and money.

Great vacation spot

Good location, awesome amount of room for our family of 5...couch was very uncomfortable. Owner was very attentive and fast to respond. A little disappointed we couldn’t stay longer than 12pm, but happy for the extra accommodation. Definitely needs some upgrades and work, but better than other run down properties nearby.

Close to the beach- walking distance.

Quaint neighborhood. Emil was a very responsive manager. Housekeeping had not delivered towels, but Emil brought some over. Kitchen was not well stocked. Bathrooms very clean. Beds surprisingly comfortable with luxury sheets. We removed the antenna of our Explorer to get it into the garage. Jackhammering in building being remodeled behind us first day, but after that quiet. Very close to restaurants, interesting neighborhoods, nearby beach towns. Vaping ok on outdoor patio; washer/dryers in garage. Good wheelchair/disability access.

Newport Beach awesome vacation

We loved every single minute of our stay! The beach house was nice and a perfect fit for our family. It's close to the beach, just a short walk across a couple streets and you are on the beach. Emil was very responsive and available by text throughout the whole time. We would definitely go back and stay in this beach house.

The fridge was dirty, the fans were disgusting( so we cleaned the main fans)....other than that Emil stepped up and bought a new grill for the place and was very accommodating at check in /out.

Spring Break with family

We enjoyed our stay. The place was a block from the beach. The owner provided beach chairs, boards and towels to take to the beach. We were worried that there might be noise from spring breakers, but this area was quiet. We have an SUV. It would not fit in the garage with the other car there. It's difficult to find overnight parking on the street near the rental. On 2 nights, I parked 4 blocks away from the rental.

Great Location!

The condo was in the perfect location - a few hundred yards from the beach (you can see the ocean from the patio!), waking distance to a grocery store, liquor store, bars, and restaurants. Seemed like a very nice neighborhood - never had any issues when walking home late at night. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Costa Mesa and 15 minutes to John Wayne/OC Airport. The condo was spotless with a huge TV, open front room and kitchen right off of the patio for entertaining. Plenty of towels and chairs to take down to the beach. The garage was a huge bonus as street parking was hard to come by - opt for a smaller SUV if renting a car/driving. We had 2 Tahoes parked in the garage but it was a tight squeeze. Emil was great and easy to communicate with. He reached out to have a conversation prior to arrival to go over instructions and answer questions. He followed up via text during the stay to check up on us but wasn’t overbearing.

Perfect location to the beach!

Emil was so accommodating for a last minute stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and house was very clean. Perfect location to the beach. Away from the loud 4th of July parties but close waking distance to Channel Park, beach, and a wonderful coffee shop. Met some friendly neighbors too!

Wonderful vacation!

Emil was amazing! Our first VRBO rental was double booked when we arrived. VRBO put us in a hotel while searching for a place with a days notice! Emil allowed us to drop our things off while the home was being cleaned and we had lunch! Great location, walked to the beach everyday, house was stocked with everything we needed! Emil saved our vacation!!

Nice Place in a Perfect Location

My family of 6 enjoyed a 10 day stay at this beautiful house. We walked everywhere. We were 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner, Emil, was friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!
