Welcome to Your 1200 SQFT Ground Floor Beach Townhouse



Enjoy the privacy of your own entire ground floor unit in our 2-unit duplex. Completely separate from the upstairs unit, this spacious townhouse offers comfort, convenience, and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay.



AC / Heat

Each bedroom and the kitchen are equipped with window-mounted AC units. The kitchen unit is powerful and helps cool both the kitchen and living room. The home also features central heating throughout, along with ceiling fans in multiple areas for added comfort. Central heating is controlled by a hallway thermostat and a cozy fireplace in the living room.



Bedrooms and Bedding:

Each of the 3 bedrooms features a cozy Queen pillowtop bed.

Both living room sofas convert into full-size beds for additional sleeping options.

A twin memory foam rollaway bed is stored in the closet, ready for use wherever needed.

For our youngest guests, we provide a Pack N Play baby crib and a high chair.

Plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters, and pillows are available for your comfort.



Parking:

We have a compact car private garage. Garage width: 16 FT. Height is 8ft.

Free overnight parking is also available on the streets in our neighborhood. There are signs posted about street sweeping on Mondays and Tuesday mornings.



Entertainment:

Enjoy 4 Smart HDTVs with streaming capabilities, including live TV and cable channels through YouTube TV. (log into your own streaming apps)



WIFI:

Free high-speed WIFI across the entire home (Upload: 20 Mbps, Download: 200 Mbps, speed may vary based on usage).



Kitchen & Dining:

A fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, stocked with essential items.

You will have our entire ground floor townhouse all to yourself. It is the bottom unit of a 2 unit duplex. Our unit is completely separate from the upstairs unit.

Amazing neighborhood and town. If you like to surf, head down to The Wedge, which has some of the best waves around. Families in particular will love the Balboa Fun Zone which offers arcade games and carnival-style rides. You may also want to check out the Newport Beach Pier, do a little shopping and people-watching throughout the town, and bike or walk along the oceanfront Newport Balboa Bike Trail. With so much to do - and easy access to other nearby communities such as Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach - you will have the time of your lives!



Getting Around:

LYFT: The best way to get around if you're not driving is via Lyft. Lyft is an App on your phone that let you order a private upscale taxi and have it arrive within minutes to wherever you are. All payments are automatic and you can see where your taxi is at all times.
