Girls trip to the Fingerlakes. The quiet seclusion of the chalet really made the stay remarkable. My dog had room to run around and we enjoyed the wild life. The kitchen and house was well stocked. On cooler rainy days we were able to cook some homemade meals adding to the coziness to the home.
This property is so beautiful, we hated to leave. We saw deer and plenty of open space to walk the dogs, who loved it as much as we did. Brett is very nice and the property is well taken care of.
Tucked away in a quiet place in the woods. Short drive to the many breweries, wineries, and state park near by. Plenty of space for our dog to run and play.
Great place to stay ! Property is secluded and beautiful spot! Sweet place for our family to enjoy area and relax by campfire while kids explore , throw baseball and have fun! Great host ! We hope to return
We had an amazing time. Very clean and well appointed with an amazing view. Far enough away for peace and relaxation; however close enough to shops, restaurants, and wineries if you want to adventure out for a bit.
Away from it all, but close to everything!
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin.
Well equipped with all we needed.
Owner Brett was easy to communicate with and was quick to assist us.
Highly recommend!
What a great place! Perfect size for relaxing and enjoying outdoor time with our dog. Location was awesome⊠close enough to everything but quietly tucked away for some chill time. Brett was awesome with the booking process, check-in, and showing us around. We would definitely go back⊠but next timeâŠweâd plan for a longer vacation.
This cottage was perfect for us, and it would be good for two couples or a family. Two decks with views of the lake. Very quiet. Spotless house and grounds. Brett was very good with on-time check in and responsiveness. Great location.
The chalet was very clean and perfect for our time away! Brett was awesome and very helpful. The property is off the beaten path, but perfect for our two pups to frolic.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Chalet on Keuka Lake. We were looking for a peaceful & quite getaway and this destination checked all of our boxes! It is exactly what we expected. Our host Brett was very helpful & accommodating.
An absolutely wonderful chalet in the woods that's close enough to cities to get what you need yet far enough away to see tons of deer, rabbits, foxes, and birds every day. The home has all the appliances you need to feel at home, we were there for almost 2 weeks and didn't find everything that we needed. Everything is well maintained and clean. We had only one problem during our stay and Brett came out almost immediately, you can't ask for anything more. We dedicatedly plan on returning.
If you are considering booking this spot for a getaway- do it!! The house and clean and well equipped for our stay. The grounds are so beautiful with lots of room for our dog to run and play. It is private and secluded, but yet it is 10-15 minutes from many things to do, such as hiking, restaurants, wineries, etc. It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!!
Clean, comfortable, nothing too fancy. Great communication with owner do checkin. This is an excellent base for exploring Keuka and Seneca. We hiked, paddled, sipped, and enjoyed local food joints. I'd definitely return.
If you want a quiet lovely little piece of earth youâve found it. Lots of little critters scurrying around and tons of cardinals and blue jays.. The house was very clean and well maintained.. You have to drive back a gravel road to the house and there you are at home for your stay. But the best part your only 15 minutes away from many things to do. We will come back for sureâŠBrett was very helpful..
This property is a great place, secluded yet close to local towns, lakes, breweries, wineries and other attractions.
Brett met us the first time to make sure we found our way in which was thoughtful as the area is tricky.
My only concern was the area at night is extremely dark, unfortunately not one of the solar lights located around the house was working. We left the porch light on but the area is poorly lit. The house provided all we needed for a short stay. It is clean and cozy.
Brett's property is located on a hill that has a view of Keuka Lake. His porch drips into an opening that's perfect for a family picnic and a frisbee throw during warmer weather season. During the winter months, the large sliding doors allow the morning and afternoon light to drip in to rejuvenate travelers and visitors alike. Brett was professional, welcoming, and a wonderful property host! This place is a wonderful getaway for those who need a quiet and welcoming place to soak in nature alone or with loved ones.
the LOCATION was great, some trauma the last night
The property was great and as advertised. We had trouble with water on last evening. No response from the host that evening until after 1AM, when we were all in bed. The next morning, he showed before 7:30AM to address the (well) water issue and it was addressed quickly then, but too late to give a great overall rating. The last evening was somewhat traumatic. The next morning we were leaving and all left with no shower and different breakfast than planned. The last 16 hours was terrible.
