We offer farm visits to see the animals. In the warm months, we have horses, pigs & chickens. Kids love to help feed the animals & get eggs from our hens!

All houses in our area are on well water. We’re on clean, tested well water — naturally mineral-rich, sometimes with a faint smell when running hot water. We’ve installed a carbon filter + softener in 2022 to manage it. Bring bottled water if you're sensitive to that.

We like to be upfront so there are no surprises!

Fall foliage trip

First time visiting the area and loved it. Beautiful place to take in fall foliage and enjoy wineries and distilleries. We enjoyed the village and Keuka lake.

Keuka lake Amish built Cottage

Great location on Keuka. Cabin had everything that was needed. Joe reached out to make sure our stay was up to our standards and was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay at his cabin again.

Cozy Cottage

This little cottage has everything one could need for an enjoyable stay in the Finger Lakes region. It is just minutes from Keuka Lake and from Hammondsport, a picturesque village on the lakeshore. Our host was kind enough to recommend a wonderful restaurant (Timberstone Grill).

This place was exactly what we needed and the price was perfect for our budget. Me and my wife needed a simple, no-to-low frills place to use as base camp for our vacation. Joe was very available for questions and we were very happy with our stay

Wonderful farm, host, lake and town

Wonderful stay. Joe is an excellent host and a great guy. He even gave my 4 kids a tour of his adjacent farm. The town of Hammondsport is also a wonderful hidden gem, and the location of the property gives you great access to the surrounding finger lakes area. The cottage is cozy but very clean and comfortable. We had a blast and hope to return in the future.

Annual fishing trip

Had a great time... The place is great and not far from the lake. Joe is a spectacular host... we stay here every year now for our annual fishing trip.. Plus it's affordable.

Cabin review

The rental and location were great for my son and I coming to visit family. The host was very responsive to all of my message and made sure I had no issues entering upon my arrival. Also was good about shoveling snow paths and porches to make our stay safer.

Great Visit

We had a wonderful visit. The cottage was perfect for the me and my parents. And a great location to the surrounding finger lakes. The property owners were very responsive to any questions and made the check in and out process so easy. They have Satalite TV and Internet which filled in the gaps after dark. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Great trip!

Wonderful stay with our dog. Great location! We contacted Joe before our trip to ask if we could drop off our boat in the driveway before check in. He got back to us quickly and said no problem. The parking area was great for a boat. The rental was a perfect size for us and our dog. We will definitely want to stay there again!

Cozy and comfortable country setting

Lovely little cabin as big as any hotel room with a nice fire pit and big yard, which you don’t get with a hotel! Joe was VERY responsive to any questions we had and everything was just as presented in description.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay,easy check in and clean Couple of things maybe could be listed differently. Linens included but bring a blanket if you use the pull out couch, and fridge is small. I also didn’t realize no stove, buy did have a hot plate with two burners. Short distance to hammondsport. We would stay again

Relaxing stay

We had a couple of days of rain, but there is much to do in the immediate area, and it's a short distance to Corning. The inside of the cabin is cozy and very clean, with everything you need to make a meal and clean up afterward. The side yard was perfect for games, and the firepit is ideally located in the front yard. Joe and his lovely family brought us over wood and saved us the trouble of getting it from somewhere else, and it was reasonably priced. It was a charming and relaxing stay, I would recommend the property, and we would likely visit again.

Hi! My name is Joe, the guest house is on the edge of my 50 acre farm in the beautiful Finger lakes Region!

I am a Husband, Father, Musician / Songwriter and I am blessed to be able to work from home so I am available for any questions you may have during your stay.

I write music for TV & Film which is Production Music you hear on your favorite TV shows. Everything from Rock n Roll, to Heavy Metal & Country Music

We have a farm here, with horses, pigs & chickens and hopefully in due time, some cows will be on the property. Guests are welcome to schedule a visit to see the animals. During the warm months, we have Horses, Pigs & Chickens. Kids love to help feed the animals & grab eggs from our hens!

Our guest house has a firepit, we request that you do not bring firewood from another county out of respect for our woods but we do sell firewood and we also sell farm fresh eggs.

I hope you enjoy your stay at my guest house and I am just a phone call away if needed for directions, fun things to do in the area, like wine & craft beer trails, great fishing & hunting!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I discovered this area after my 1st trip to Hammondsport, NY with some friends for a perch fishing trip and I fell in love with the area.

The people are wonderful, the scenery is dreamlike and the fishing is incredible.

It has been a long time dream to own my own farm, raise my own livestock, horses and grow my own food. When I had an opportunity to purchase this 50 acre farm, I made the leap from Niagara Falls, NY to Hammondsport.

It was one of the best decisions I ever made.

After 3 years of booking short term rental, we are still learning every day and I enjoy meeting new people that stay at our guest house.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The home I live in, which is down the road from the guest house is in a quiet area with minimal neighbors.

The neighbors surrounding the farm have become like family to us. Although the farm and houses are in a fairly remote area, we are only minutes away from the Village of Hammondsport, Keuka Lake which has just about everything we need from restaurants, groceries, gas, liquor and the Award Winning Wineries and Breweries.

I intend to make this area my "Forever Home" and I hope to be able to share this experience with you during your stay!
