Beautiful Home, Great location
This home is beautiful and is fully stocked with everything you need for the stay. The house fits 10 adults comfortably and has enough room for everyone to have some space. The yard and pool are like a retreat and is kept up wonderfully. It is so easy to get into town where there are grocery stores and amazing restaurants. Jen is so helpful in making recommendations for the area and is easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend!
Cozy rustic family trip
We had a great time at the home. Very spacious and cozy. The owner is also wonderful. I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars because there was random metal and wood scraps and a list of cleaning I needed to do upon exit that, to my own fault, I didn’t read, but with 5 documents to read and not ever having to pre-clean at Airbnb properties, it was a bit of a surprise. That said, I definitely recommend and would consider going back. Thank you!!
Beautiful place to stay
There were a couple of places that needed some work but overall this was a beautiful spacious place. There were 3 couples staying here with plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub and pool were nice additions--although the pool didn't get warm enough for my liking. One night we picked fresh limes from the tree in front and made a huge batch of margaritas. Also picked some flowers from the garden for our breakfast table. Great location--close to some good wineries and also some good restaurants in the area.
Well-loved family home with great amenities
Staying here feels like you're borrowing a friend's house or cabin for the weekend. It is not a hotel or sterile vacation rental. There are numerous signs it is a family home, like an overflowing bin of pool toys and drawers full of kid's dishes. We did not have any kids in our group but if you were traveling with little ones, it would probably be nice to have those things. As a group of adults, we enjoyed the hot tub, large kitchen and comfortable beds. We spent most of our time visiting nearby wineries and this was a great home base for that.
My only grievance was the property owner was not very responsive. I emailed her before the trip for advice on the area and also texted her once during the trip but did not receive an answer to either communication. Luckily these were not urgent situations but based on the pre-arrival information she provided, I thought she would be very reachable.
We had a group stay at the house, it is a lovely property and we really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very responsive when we reached out which was very helpful.
Nice property with everything we needed.
One of our favorite things was making lemon drop martinis with lemons from the tree in the front. We all agreed we would consider staying here again if we return to the area .
