Surrounded by mountains and lush landscapes, step into serenity with serene outdoor social spaces. Lounge on the sprawling wraparound cedar deck with local wine in hand, or relax amidst scenic views of the woods from the teak patio tables.
Inside, sun-drenched open living spaces await, complete with automatic shades for added comfort. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the main living room or catch up on your favorite shows on the high-definition TV. The lower-level living room offers another cozy retreat with a sectional and gas fireplace, while the sparkling kitchen beckons with granite counters and a full suite of appliances.
Make a splash in the unheated pool or unwind in the year-round hot tub, both perfect for soaking up the California sun. Challenge friends and family to a game of bocce ball on the newly installed court for hours of entertainment.

NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. The county prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation noise down during the daytime and evening.
QUIET HOURS: After 9 PM at night, please head back in the house. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Please respect the Quiet Hours, as they are mandated by Sonoma County. Breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.
Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.
