Cette lumiĂšre rempli concept ouvert 4 chambre chalet de 2 salle de bain complĂšte se trouve sur plage de sable de haut niveau sur Willsboro Bay du lac Champlain. Profitez des soirĂ©es d'Ă©tĂ© dans le salon coin salle Ă  manger de la fenĂȘtre remplie donnant sur le lac. La chambre principale a sa propre entrĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e et salle de bain complĂšte. Cuisine a mis Ă  jour les appareils y compris la gamme de gaz, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle buanderie avec machine Ă  laver Ă  haute efficacitĂ© et sĂšche-linge. Quai de 45 pieds, plus amarrage. Boat Launch minutes.

We have rented this property before. It’s fantastic. Great location right on the bay and cute town. Easy ferry ride to Burlington as well.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a fantastic week at the house. Its located in a great spot. We really enjoyed the canoes and paddleboards. The house is fully stocked with everything that you need.

States ocre for 2 nights with friends an it was just exceptionnal! Large chalet décorated wish great taste and a magnificient view of the Lake. We will come again!

Beautiful Lakefront Vacation

The online pictures don’t do the property justice. It is far more picturesque and the temperature feels like outdoor air-conditioning in the summer. Plenty of room to feel at home while on vacation with all the amenities you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

Superb

We truly enjoyed our short getaway on Champlain at this amazing home. The location was excellent, away from the crowds, but still with easy access to the quintessential lake amenities. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, games to keep our kids occupied, and kayaks, canoes, and sup boards to enjoy our time on the water. Having the Indian Bay Marina right next door is certainly a plus, where you can enjoy a meal and a cocktail while watching the sunset. We hope to return soon!

Relaxing Willsboro Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Cindy’s Willsboro Bay house, and hope to return. The house is in a great location, and is well-maintained and well-stocked for vacation needs. We found the furniture and decor comfortable and attractive. The availability of kayaks, canoes and bikes was a plus. We also appreciated the availability of air conditioning and a washer and dryer. The house is a short walk to Indian Bay Marina, where we ate a number of our meals. Thank you Cindy!

Peaceful getaway

We have rented this cottage in September 2023 to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with friends. The Owner was very accessible, answered all my questions very fast before and while we were there. The place is beautiful, everything you need to cook is there, and the view from the kitchen and living room is amazing! The master bedroom is beautiful, private and has many windows so you can see the lake when you wake up in the morning. I will definitely go back!

The home, property and location are fantastic! The only negative thing i have to say is, the door knobs on the screened in area are challenging to operate. But that wouldn't deter me from renting again!

Family vacation

This is a perfect family vacation house with great views of the lake! The sandy beach area is perfect for kids to play in and they have canoes, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards to enjoy! It has a nicely stocked updated kitchen that has beautiful views of the lake. The three bedrooms are small, but it has a large master off the screened in porch. The one bedroom pictured with a bunk bed is now a double trundle bed. It has a nice outdoor shower that is perfect for keeping sand outside. There’s a long dining room table for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together while looking at the beautiful lake. There’s a little waterfall across the lake under the little bridge that is a fun canoe or kayak adventure across to the other side of the lake. There’s a restaurant called Old Orchard Place in Willsboro that has really good food. It’s a quick drive to the ferry if you want to head over to Burlington, Vermont or go to the Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory. Overall great trip!

wedding weekend

The space was perfect. My husband and I took the master suite across the breezeway, my son and his family took two bedrooms and my daughter took the other in the main space. Plenty of space for all, plenty of things to do. We were on the lake for a weekend of wedding festivities on the point - it was so convenient!

Relaxed to the max

This camp was perfect for our week away. The master suite provided a quiet separate area for my mother and her boyfriend while my family of four took over the main camp. Cindy was quick to answer texts and remedy the few minor issues we had. Location was perfect for us to do day trips from and on the days we stayed at camp there were enough activities at the camp to occupy my teenage children (paddle boarding, reading in hammock, cornhole, puzzles). We also loved the convenience of the marina restaurant just 3 doors down. Hope to visit again in the future.

Memorial Day Weekend getaway

We had a phenomenal long weekend on the lake! The house had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, and not have to lug a ton of stuff of our own with two small children. I loved having coffee each morning looking out at the bay after a restful night’s sleep. All of the bedrooms were super comfortable and even our youngest (2 1/2) slept well the majority of the time! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated not having to bring our own beach or bath towels and sheets. The recently renovated kitchen, bathrooms, and new flooring throughout were amazing! We made great use of the kayaks, the fire pit, and the Adirondack chairs! Being within walking distance to the marina made for happy adults and kids alike when we realized they served ice cream in addition to the full restaurant and bar. All of the locals couldn’t have been nicer! We drove to Essex and took the ferry to Charlotte and then drove on to Burlington for a day trip, which couldn’t have been easier. Cindy was a wonderful host! She was communicative from the start, made sure to give us heads up on everything, and even delivered extra batteries when we thought the living room remote needed a new set! Thank you for such a memorable trip!

La location s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ©e, la propriĂ©taire rĂ©pond rapidement et est trĂšs avenante, Ă©tant donnĂ© que le niveau d’ eau Ă©tait encore haut le quai n’était pas installĂ©, la propriĂ©taire a contacter la marina voisine du chalet pour s’informer si il y avait de la disponibilitĂ© pour y accoster mon bateau de pĂȘche, trĂšs belle endroit paisible.

Great sunsets, comfy beds, and well-stocked kitchen

We stayed here to celebrate my in-laws' 60th wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have been happier with the layout. This was one of the few times where the pics online weren't as good as the actual space. We weren't sure if there were 2 identical bedrooms in the main house or just different pics of one room - but there were indeed 3 separate rooms. And the bedroom across the breezeway was the perfect in-law apartment, where they could sleep with the room warm enough for their 80+ year-old bones without overheating the rest of us. It was pretty chilly outside when we were there towards the end of October, but there were plenty of high-quality space heaters and blankets. Kitchen had plenty of good knives and pots & pans, and we were very happy to eat in and watch the sunset. Beautiful spot! Thank you, Cindy, for your hospitality! We'll be back.

Old fashioned relaxation, modern comfort

Four friends looking for a lovely camp property with all the amenities of a modern comfortable home and a variety of active fun things to do. History, natural beauty, kayaking, hiking, talking around campfires after gorgeous sunsets. Will have to bring my family here. The kitchen is beautifully supplied for simple or full family meals, and there’s a great gas grill, although there’s a marina restaurant within 3 minutes walk. The beds are comfy, washer and dryer are new. The host is very responsive and obviously takes great care of the property! So glad I found it and it was available!

The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The canoes and kayaks were a bonus. Usually I have had to bring my own. The separate master suite was also a wonderful feature.

I'd give 6 stars if I could.

This is a beautiful place in a great setting on the bay, and it was all as advertised, Very clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and the owner communicated everything we needed to know, quickly, and is very helpful.

Beautiful lake house on lake Champlain. We had a beautiful weekend stay here in September. House was clean and everything was in working order. And owner was super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great getaway

We went for Thanksgiving and the setting was beautiful and the house was warm and perfect for our group. All the amenities you want and need. Owner is very generous and helpful. A definite recommend.

My first visit to Lake Champlain was 7 years ago and I immediately fell in love! This little quaint town keeps me coming back 4-5 times per year. It is the only place that allows me to fully disconnect. My family loves our time spent together at the lake house!

This property offers the best of all worlds. Superior location in proximity to all our favorite activities, from paddling to fishing to hiking to golf and more. The small town setting and the quiet dirt roads brings me back to my childhood and removes the stress of everyday life. The Lake and its sunsets are breathtaking, be sure to have your camera ready. Willsboro is filled with long-time owners whose properties have been handed down for generations in some cases. I purchased this property in hopes of passing the legacy on to my family.
