Cette belle propriété rénovée de trois chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain se trouve sur un acre de terrain au bord du lac Champlain Grandes cours avant et arrière avec 150 pieds de plage privée sur la route avec une cabine de plage privée. Cette maison de 2000 pieds carrés peut accueillir jusqu'à neuf personnes et est parfaite pour les escapades en famille. Kayaks et pagaie inclus. Foyer extérieur et grand pont avant offrant une vue magnifique sur le Vermont, le lac et les Green Mountains. TV, Wifi et Netflix fournis. Près de Ausable Chasm, Plattsburgh, à l'intérieur du parc Adirondack. Trois terrains de golf à proximité. Les plages publiques à proximité.

Family time

We traveled to Plattsburgh to spend holidays with family. The house was conveniently located. Highlights include great kitchen, dining room and family room.

Great house with amazing view

House was very comfortable. Loved very large kitchen and livingroom with fire place. Over looks Lake Champlain - view is beautiful! Enjoyed walking along the lake.

Comforting Stay at Fantastic Lake Champlain Views

We were back in our hometown for a memorial service and we found Fantastic Lake Champlain Views to be soooo comforting ... the warmth of the home, the layout of the house, the functionality of the kitchen, the views of the both the lake (front of house) and backyard, all made our stay wonderful.

Great location

Great location if you want to play in Lake Champlain. Very clean house and plenty of appliances to cook with if you want to. Only concern was with the master bed but we discussed with the owner and they were very receptive to the issue. Would stay here again.

Everything we had hoped for!

This is a beautiful home! We were in the area visiting our son who is a student at SUNY. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together. Very well stocked supplies, and the firepit was a treat! We made S'mores and just enjoyed quality time together. We would definitely stay here again!

Family gathering

We gathered to lay a loved one to rest. I was from the area and wanted the house to let us have time together. The beautiful location was a great start to our day. We had plenty of room to spread out while having great places to get gather together as well.

Valcour Cottage

We spent a magical week, watching the clouds in the sky, listening to the water in the lake, and smelling the beautiful air. The cottage was extremely clean, spacious and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

Copeland Family Reunion

This was our second stay at your property. Thank you so much for the use of your lovely and very comfortable home! The kitchen is excellent, the beds comfortable, the front porch is perfect for early morning and late afternoon viewing of the lake. The paddle boards were so fun! A superb week enjoyed by all! Family Summer Vacation

As our kids get older (ages 21,18,17,14) , we know our vacations together may not be as often, so I cherish every moment. This property and location was perfect for our family of 6. It was far enough away from everything to relax and enjoy the quiet but close enough to plenty of attractions when we wanted a change of scenery. The lake view was amazing. We enjoyed the quiet mornings having coffee on the porch and afternoons paddle boarding and kayaking. Our family dinners in the well appointed, spacious kitchen were fabulous followed by more family time around the fire pit. The house was perfect, clean and beautifully decorated. The kids also enjoyed spending time in the yard playing games and passing ball. Catherine, is the most attentive hostess. She is quick to respond and thinks of everything! We will definitely plan another trip to Valcour Cottage in the years to come!

Such a tranquil escape

The property was exactly as it was advertised! Stunning views of Lake Champlain. Everything about the home was welcoming, inviting and very well maintained! Would definitely return. We absolutely had a wonderful stay.

Fall scenic vacation

Property and house was exactly as described, its beautiful. Fantastic views of the sunrise on lake Champlain. Everything is provided from preparing meals to relaxing by the firepit. Incredible View

We had a wonderful vacation here! We enjoyed hanging out on the front porch with the beautiful view of the lake and Green Mountains of VT, sipping coffee on stools at the kitchen island, lounging on the rocks by the shore or in the shady cabana, having dinner and playing cards at the huge dining room table, cozying on the big couch to read or watch a movie, and roasting marshmallows on the coals in the fire pit out back! The house and bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. And Ausable Chasm was a quick drive away and just beautiful. Be careful crossing the road to get to the lake as cars come quickly around the corner. Highly recommend this property!

Another world

This was an amazing rental. The Valcour Cottage was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location was perfect and the inclusion of the paddle boards, kayaks and canoe made the trip. We will absolutely stay here again!

New Year's Eve

This property was everything that we wanted it to be and as described in listing. Our favorite place to hang out was in the kitchen with the huge island. We spent most of our time cooking great meals and playing games to bring in the New Year! Catherine was very prompt on communications, which made it that much better. Would love to come back to stay. Our first night we went to Livingood's Restaurant, I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for what we had planned. It had everything you needed including wood for the fire pit! Our family had a wonderful time! The view of the lake was awesome!

Catherine was an amazing host. The house is beautiful and anything you could possibly think of it's there! Views of Lake and mountains were beautiful. Being right on rt9 made day trips super easy and accessible. Would love to stay here again.

Three generations getaway

Great location and beautiful view of Lake Champlain. We appreciated the downstairs bedroom for my in-laws who have trouble with stairs. The house itself is very clean - big beautiful kitchen! Enjoyed front porch, back deck, fire pit and there was a crazy wiggle ball game in the backyard! Would definitely consider staying again!

Awesome week on the shores of Lake Champlain

Our group had a truly amazing vacation in this beautiful home. We were a total of 4 adults and 1 toddler. The house was beautifully appointed and very clean. Beds were great. The kitchen area is amazing, the pictures actually don’t do it justice. Views of Lake Champlain are abundantly visible. The private beach and hut are awesome and took things to the next level, we spent a lot of hours there. The kayaks and paddle boards provided are very good quality. The lake itself is spectacular. You could spend hours sitting on the front porch just looking at the lake with Vermont’s green mountains in the distance. The host was very responsive and provided accurate information. Given the times we live in, this is a beautiful place to social distance and have a wonderful time doing it!
