The flat, located on the second floor, consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, an independent kitchen with dining area, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The flat also has a small balcony where you can enjoy the sun or have breakfast outdoors in fine weather. Equipped with every comfort such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it is the ideal solution for those seeking comfort, space and practicality.
This flat is the ideal solution for families, groups of friends or travelling professionals, thanks to its location that allows you to explore the wonders of Genoa without giving up the tranquillity and comfort of a cosy, family environment. The area in which it is located offers numerous advantages: some free parking spaces are available right in front of the apartment and in the neighbouring streets, while there is a bar a few steps away, perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. In addition, a small children's play area is located nearby, ideal for entertaining the little ones. The flat is only a 15-minute drive from the Genoa Aquarium and 5 minutes from the airport, providing easy access to the city's main tourist attractions.
As far as public transport is concerned, the location of the flat is particularly favourable. A short distance away is a staircase leading to bus stop 128, which takes you directly to the centre of Sestri. From there, you can easily continue by train or bus 1, 2 or 3, arriving in about 15-20 minutes in the centre of Genoa. If you arrive at Cornigliano station, you can take bus no. 5, which stops in the immediate vicinity of the park, just 100 metres from the house.
