Situated on the 1st floor of a farmhouse dating from 1614 to 1780. Precisely the environment dominates at the Country House in all its forms: in the green and blue that prevail, in the smells that it offers, in the flavours of tradition and in respect for the domestic and wild fauna that live here. The flats are also named after some of the birds that live in the Trasimeno Lake Park: independent of each other, they are ideal for spending a holiday immersed in the green, the suggestion of a place where nature offers its fruits and colours. They have a large, comfortable swimming pool (14 m long, 6 m wide, and 110-200 m deep), and a small children's pool (5.50 m x 5 m, and 0.50 m deep) that becomes an evocative backdrop with gushes of water and colours.

A large, comfortable swimming pool is available to all guests. Located in the centre of the facility, it consists of 2 pools, the first measuring 14 x 6 m, with a depth of 1.10/2.00 m, and the second, for children, measuring 5.50 x 5 m and 50 cm deep.
