HOLIDAYS ON LAKE TRASIMENO BETWEEN UMBRIA AND TUSCANY Situated on the beautiful shores of Lake Trasimeno, inside the Trasimeno Lake Park, 3 km from the main town, the beaches, the port, the railway station, and 500 m from a small but well-stocked shopping centre.
Situated on the 1st floor of a farmhouse dating from 1614 to 1780. The flat has: - fully equipped kitchen with fireplace - loggia - double bedroom or bedroom with 2 single beds - double bedroom with additional single bed - bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, independent heating and TV. A lovely spa and a visit to the ALPACA park are available on request.
Silence and tranquillity, combined with tradition, make our offers a desired destination for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and the discovery of nature and cities of art. A slice of the past rises from the renovation of an ancient rural hamlet dating back to 1614 and 1789. The farmhouses, which were recovered when they were in an advanced state of disrepair, have been completely renovated respecting the building architecture of the period, thus preserving all those little details that take us back in time to take a plunge into the past but with the comforts you desire. An ideal holiday for those who love to observe nature, listen to peace, breathe healthy air and forget the hectic pace of the city, rediscovering the pleasure of experiencing themselves and the environment. Precisely the environment dominates at the Country House in all its forms: in the green and blue that prevail, in the smells that it offers, in the flavours of tradition and in respect for the domestic and wild fauna that live here. The flats are also named after some of the birds that live in the Trasimeno Lake Park: independent of each other, they are ideal for spending a holiday immersed in the green, the suggestion of a place where nature offers its fruits and colours. They have a large, comfortable swimming pool (14 m long, 6 m wide, and 110-200 m deep), and a small children's pool (5.50 m x 5 m, and 0.50 m deep) that becomes an evocative backdrop with gushes of water and colours.

Located in the centre of the facility, it consists of 2 pools, the first measuring 14 x 6 m, with a depth of 1.10/2.00 m, and the second, for children, measuring 5.50 x 5 m and 50 cm deep. It is enriched by water spouts that become colourful phantasmagoria in the evening. 5 ALPACA will welcome you with wonder and amazement, our SPA will be at your disposal for perfect relaxation.
