Cette unité récemment rénovée (achevée en novembre 2019) est la dernière location de vacances à faire son entrée sur le marché de la location dans le complexe très convoité de Surfsong. Au dernier étage signifie tout dans ce complexe! L'ascenseur vous emmène de votre parking souterrain fermé à votre condominium de luxe situé au dernier étage. Non seulement vous avez la meilleure vue sur l'océan à Surfsong, mais vous avez également des plafonds voûtés et un patio en plein air uniquement réservé aux unités supérieures. Lors de l'achat en 2019, l'unité a été complètement remodelée avec de nouveaux revêtements de sol, comptoirs, meubles, appareils ménagers ... tout est flambant neuf. La maison comprend le WIFI haut débit, une nouvelle télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre, etc. Vous avez 2 places de garage à votre disposition dans le garage fermé et souterrain. Dans les armoires de garage, vous avez des planches de boogie, des chaises de plage, des parapluies, etc. Surfsong est de loin le plus beau complexe de la falaise en bord de mer de Solana Beach. Situé entre un accès à la plage publique au sud et l’accès à la plage de Fletcher Cove au nord, vous avez un excellent accès aux larges plages de sable ouvertes. Vous êtes également à distance de marche de tout ce dont vous avez besoin!

Beautiful condo on beautiful beach

We had a great stay in this very clean and very comfortable condo right in the beach. It was like being on a cruise ship because you see water every time you look out a window. My only complaint was that the electric blinds in the master wouldn’t go down and I reached out to the owner and never heard back from him. Other than that, it was great. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot to enjoy Solana Beach

Great view, tasteful modern decor, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Close to the beach, restaurants and (bonus for seniors) CVS. A place we would like to return to! Our rental agent was very helpful.

Family Visit Beautiful Condo

What a beautiful condo! We've stayed in the area several times before but this was the nicest condo yet. Great views from the balcony, convenient to restaurants & shops. Easy access on and off Route 5 for access to downtown San Diego, golf courses, etc. It's a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. In all a great place to stay!

Solana Beach getaway

Came from KY for Breeders Cup at Del Mar & to do some touring of the surrounding area. Our condo had the perfect view as well as clean & comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend staying here. We walked to Fletchers Cove daily & enjoyed close proximity to cafes & restaurants. Also walked to the bluff at the dog beach which was breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

This is the best condo we have ever rented. Stunning location!

Gorgeous condo with a stunning view. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the laidback beach town of Sonesta Beach. It was nice to have the parking garage with quick elevator access to unit. Another big plus were the beach chairs that were provided. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with.

HEAVEN!!!

Pure bliss!!!! Absolutely EPIC VIEWS of the cliffs, beach, ocean and sunsets... Condo has a bright & airy atmosphere with high ceilings, great lighting, modern peaceful decor, comfy furniture incl. on balcony, and it is steps away from everything... Let me be clear: This is the PERFECT condo in Solana Beach... and Solana Beach is the most PERFECT area in San Diego!!! If you are even considering booking this rental - do it now. We had originally booked 9 nights but fell in love with this unit in the Surfsong complex so Guy kindly extended our stay 2 more nights. We could not bring ourselves to leave!! It was super clean and quiet... but also steps away from Fletcher Cove with a park and easy ocean access + the yummiest place to eat called Naked Cafe! Cedros Design District is right around the corner (Grange Garden petting the bunnies is a must)... The Coaster station is right there where you can hop on and ride. Just a few miles up Hwy 101, be sure to visit the Meditation Gardens and Torrey Pines Glider Port to the south. We came home a few days ago and already miss it SO MUCH!! Guy goes out of his way to make sure your stay is fabulous. We checked in at midnight and the parking garage & elevator made it sooo easy to access the unit. This is the 2nd one of Guy's properties we have visited and the overall quality has us spoiled. Thank you for an unforgettable time! We cherished every second of our stay :) Here's to many more!!!!

Fab views!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment for the last week of our holiday. The views were stunning and it was spacious and welcoming. 2 small points, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the guest bedroom and the tv didn’t always work as a result. Wi-Fi worked great everywhere else in the apartment though. The glass window towards the balcony that you can sit and look out from has a failed glazing unit so the view isn’t clear which is only a very minor problem but one of our favourite seats was the corner chair with the view and as the weather wasn’t on our side all week my parents preferred to sit in the warm and look out. As mentioned though both very minor issues really. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any queries. We would recommend this property and the surrounding area is lovely.

Ocean view!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Solana Beach condo! The patio overlooking the ocean was incredible. We would have coffee every morning and a night cap every night sitting out watching the waves. The condo itself was very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The underground parking and elevator are an added bonus. Solana Beach is a lovely beach community with plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Guy was great to work with and was in contact with any questions. We highly recommend this condo if you are in the Solana Beach area.

Miss It Already

Second time staying here and wish it was way longer. We stayed two weeks and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly. The kitchen was missing only one thing (a steamer) which I donated when we left. We plan to come back here again for sure. Solana Beach is a wonderful town and this condo gives you a great view of the ocean. Sleeping in the oceanside bedroom is heaven! (These are not easy to find in this area.) There was plenty of wiggle room in here for our local friends to come by for dinner. And, a very big plus is the street parking which was available for them to use. The neighbors were friendly and quiet and it is very close to the beach. Close by is a public park with easy beach access instead of a staircase with 100 plus stairs going down the bluff, as some other communities provide. You will not be disappointed renting this condo for sure.

This is Heaven

This property is my happy place. Stunning, clean, comfortable, perfectly situated for walking on the beach, bluffs or hiking trails (Annie's Canyon-a gem), eating, cafe-sitting, shopping, playing Pickle/Tennis, getting elsewhere - Encinitas, Del Mar, SD, LA, and oh, the view from the balcony: the vast Pacific with its whales, dolphins, surfers and sunsets. Love it so much!

Spacious Oceanfront condo with spectacular views of the Ocean.

This was our second time staying in this lovely oceanfront condo. We are already looking forward to our next time. Spacious, comfortable, and spectacular views and sounds of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and patio. Gorgeous sunsets, easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The manager is very easy to work with and always available if needed.

Exceptional Property

We spent a wonderful week in this fabulous condo in Solana Beach. We are experienced renters and have rented through VRBO internationally. This condo has everything you need and it is in close proximity to restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores and all the major attractions in the San Diego area. Guy was very easy to communicate with and made sure we knew that he was available any time. The view from the condo will leave you speechless! We hope to make visiting this great condo an annual tradition.

Jackpot!

I have rented vacation properties in San Diego for a long time. Usually, I leave them wishing the reviews were more informative so I could feel more comfortable with each new place. This one is exactly as pictured and reviewed. The owner is very specific on check-in instructions, information for the condo and the area, and the parking and elevator are a big plus. He is very thorough with directions on how and what to do with electronics within and I didn't have to call about anything. When I left, I mentioned a few minor things that needed attention, none of which affected my stay, and he was quick to respond with a thank you. The building is non-smoking, the lanai is covered with a shade, when you need it, and the surroundings are heavenly. I slept like a baby with ocean sounds in my bedroom. What more could you ask for but a longer vacation? Thanks, Guy.
