Villa Birdhouse can accommodate up to 10 people in its spacious 380 m² living space spread over two air-conditioned floors.The rooms in the house are exceptionally spacious, with a 75 m² living room that exudes comfort thanks to the 3-meter high ceilings and 2.4-meter high interior doors. The ground floor features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with designer Ghost chairs, and three comfortable sofas for relaxation. Two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which has a bathtub in the room, are also located on the ground floor, along with a separate WC.The first floor houses three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the terrace.Poreč, one of the most famous towns on the Croatian coast, is only a few minutes' drive away. The town is known for its rich history, the beautiful Euphrasian Basilica which is a UNESCO World Heritage site, charming narrow streets, and numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops.
