Villa Silvia near Poreč for 10 people with infinity pool and large playground

The wonderful Villa Silvia is an elegant, comfortable villa, located near one of the most popular tourist holiday destinations in Istria - the beautiful town of Porec. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious and elegant living room with a fireplace connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The terraces offer a beautiful view of the pool and the surrounding area. From the living/dining area you have direct access to the 50 m2 private pool. The outdoor area also features a covered summer tavern with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy a relaxing summer evening with local delicacies. The entire outdoor area and pool are illuminated at night. There is a children's playground in the garden. There are also various activities for guests to choose from. Outdoors there is a volleyball net and a five-a-side football, as well as a trampoline for our young guests. The villa also has a leisure room with billiards and table tennis. Villa Silvia is located in a quiet place called Kastelir, about 14 km northeast of Porec. Porec is known for its rich cultural heritage, especially the Euphrasian Basilica, built in the 6th century and considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Here you will find a wide range of beautiful sunny beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. If you want to stay active during your vacation, Porec is the ideal place for you! Here you can play tennis, mini golf and beach volleyball as well as enjoy various water sports. The medieval hilltop towns of Motovun and Groznjan, from which you can enjoy wonderful views of the Istrian countryside, are also easy to reach by car. However, if you just want to relax and enjoy the sun, you don't need to leave the villa as it has everything you could need on your holiday! :)
