The place has enough beds, restrooms are stocked up with towels and toiletries, and a wagon with sand toys for the kids. We had a great time!

My family and I enjoyed staying here and the location. That being said, not exactly everything in the description was accurate and there is few limited items in the house. When asked about the cleanliness of the porch, they did send people out pretty fast to clean it.

Great stay and location

Checking in was a breeze the kitchen facility had everything you need to cook a meal to pouring a cup of coffee Bedrooms were clean and neat master bedroom was very spacious the pool was decent size but,the only thing that was on the property that was in the description was the pool table and other game table but other than that everything was accommodating and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect walking distance from the beach. The property manager responded quickly and were very helpful. Property has some signs of aging but the home was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms were dirty, pimple patch on the wall , lots of sand in the pool. Bathrooms were not well maintained , toilet seats , shower fixtures were broken. Blankets were stained.

Our stay at this beach house was truly wonderful. The space was impeccably tidy and lovely, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect - just a few feet from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the ocean breeze and stunning views effortlessly."

Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay here! This home had everything we needed, and the prop manager was extremely nice and helpful! Smooth check in and out process. I am definitely going to refer family and friends to stay here. I will also stay here again next time I come to the beautiful Padre Island!

Great time!

Checking in and out was effortless. The property was clean and well maintained with all essential items provided. Plenty of room for a number of guests of all ages. Centrally located with an easy walk to the beach. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great vacation spot

Loved our time at the condo. Very spacious and clean, pool is refreshing and hot tube even in the Texas heat was great for lounging. Location was close to the beach so we were able to walk back and forth as needed. Plenty of activities for the kids to play and plenty of toys for the beach. 100% recommend if your looking for a great place to stay in SPI

Little getaway from OKC

Just my husband and I for a week getaway. Perfect! Everything we needed. Loved the pool and hotel. Location is perfect. Plan on bringing family up again and will definitely stay here again.

Other than the issues below the stay was pretty good and walking distance to the beach and shops. Maybe could have added more towels and toilet tissue to accommodate the amount of guest. Also some attention to the appearance of house, the garage door shows lots of rust, rusted rails in the showers, and water damaged wood in the main restroom. * The bottom sliding door does not properly clasp/lock. We had to use the provided bar to secure the door.*The garage side door keypad was not working when leaving* The pool had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was dirt and sand at the bottom, so I should not be held responsible for that condition.* The pool needs to be shocked and thoroughly cleaned and was not in pristine condition upon our arrival.* For safety, I strongly recommend that the pool area have appropriate protection, such as a safety net/barrier, particularly given the potential hazard of a power line coming down.* The hot tub did not function as expect

The perfect place in South Padre

Very tidy and lovely condo equipped with everything you need. Lots of room with many bed, 3 full baths with one half bath restroom. The best part of our stay was how close it was to the beach, 2 minute walking distance, plus the pool and whirlpool was super clean and completed our stay. We had a great time at South Padre and will definitely come back to this place!

Location+Value= perfection

Our family stayed for 4 nights and it was such a great house! The pool at the end of a hot beach day, the spa to end the evening was amazing. The home sleeps 17, we had 12 people in our party and there was plenty of room. Beach within walking distance, right near the main road close to everything! We will definitely return! Stay… you won’t regret it.

Overall Great Experience

The townhouse was great. It was clean and the location was pretty central and it was a short walk to the beach. Our only complaint is that the hot tub took hours to warm up (like 3+). Other than that we loved the house and would love to come back next year!
