- The bunk bed is suitable for 4 children or 3 adults only (2 adults on bottom and 1 adult on top)
- The pool cleaning crew will access the backyard on Mondays and Fridays to clean and sanitize the pool during the day. Cleaning days may change during the week for any reason
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras and 1 interior security camera: 1 camera is located on the right-hand side of the garage door facing the driveway, 1 camera is on the corner of the patio facing the backyard and pool area and 1 interior camera is located in the garage facing the stored supplies. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. These cameras are placed for insurance purposes and are not actively monitored
- The pool water will be automatically heated to about 85°F throughout the day. If outdoor temperatures fall to around 50°F or below, the heater may shut off to protect the pool and its equipment, and the water might not be heated until the outside temperature rises above the 50s again
