The Lazy River Condo is a guest favorite! This condo boasts a roomy 900 square feet, plus a balcony overlooking the pool. Come enjoy yourself with a resort-style pool, lazy river and hot tub. The property has WIFI and a Roku 4K 55inch TV (Living Room) and Roku 32inch (bedroom). Master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that includes a full size bed on the lower level. This room also includes an additional twin bed. The second bathroom is a large bathroom that can be entered from the second bedroom or through the living area. The kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher and includes a full complement of cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and a green space. Across the street you'll find a park with playground equipment. Kelly's Irish Pub is just on the corner and serves food late. Parking is free, and there is a parking space reserved just for you. This is a less congested area of the island and yet, everything that you need is still nearby. The walk to the beach is easy and pleasant. March 1-31, April 1-6, July 3-6 wristbands required ages 12 and older, $25.

Place was nice and cozy! Everything was as it showed in the pictures. Only thing i could maybe say is the pool had a lot of debris from the trees surrounding the pool. Other than that this place is Awesome and close to beach access. Definitely would recommend and would definitely book again. Another great thing was the communication with the owner/host, he was quick to respond and was just great overall. Thank you Mr. Kenneth!

Very Relaxing Stay!

We really enjoyed our time here at the Parklane. Owners were always available for questions and the property suited us nicely. We had a long weekend visit from my daughter and three grandkids and there were beds for them all!

Superb location

Condo was in the perfect location, good size rooms, beds were comfortable, kitchen came in handy. Lived up to the description, I can't wait to stay there again.

Exceptional Stay

It was better than I expected, my 1st time visiting the island and the property I stayed in was exceptional very clean, spacious and just a small walk from beach. The host was great with communications ready to answer any questions.

This third floor condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4! The location was great! Just a block from the beach and close to all of the restaurants. The weather was beautiful during Christmas and into the New Year (only 2 days below 70)! The host was very hospitable and proactive! He shared everything we needed to know before we visited. While there, the hot water stopped working and he got it fixed very quickly! (thank you!)The only downside (and the host DID tell us before we went) was the washer and dryer are not in the unit. They are quarter based- both washer and dryer use 2.50 (10 quarters). So, bring quarters if you need to wash laundry while visiting SPI. One more thing, the host does provide towels for bathing, but bring your own beach/pool towel. Overall, highly recommend this place!

Descent place for a good price with short walk to beach

The door code wasn’t working when we arrived but the owner was prompt in responding and arriving with a key. Would have been nice to have a couple more towels including in the kitchen but otherwise had everything we needed. Not as updated as some but more affordable.

Solid across the board, no frills, but you're not at South Padre to hang in out inside. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and kitchen was nicely appointed. Note that paper towels and coffee/ coffee filters were not provided. No big deal, we brought our own, but worth knowing. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much.

Great property and location

We enjoyed our stay. Clean condo with no issues. Extra blankets and a box fan for those of us who like white noise. The condo is located in a great area for adults and kiddos to enjoy activities. The host was very responsive and professional in our interactions. We look forward to booking again!

Originally from Georgia, I’ve now been in Brownsville for over 20 years. I love this area for its culture and for the diversity and richness of its ecology. I am a pianist and teacher at the local university. I enjoy being with my family and spending time outdoors.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

First of all, this condo really has its own neighborhood, which is rare on the island. It is an easy walk to the beach
and has a park across the street from the condominiums. On the corner, you’ll find your own Irish pub. There’s a great vibe to the neighborhood, and I love the way that many things are within walking distance.
