Villa Villa Palmview

Villa Palmview is a wonderful and fully reformed holiday home. With designer interior furnishings all throughout, it is a one-of-a-kind 11+ bedroom, 11+ bathroom private luxury villa, which can accommodate up to 28 guests. Close to the Arenal beach.

There are 3 separate independent accommodation units leading off the main hallway. There is even a separate casita on the lower level. In total there are 11 double bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and 4 kitchens (one of them is an exterior kitchen next to the private swimming pool).

Outside there are activities to suit all tastes, including volleyball, football, table tennis, table football, a pool table, electric dartboard and a petanque court. Hammocks hang from the ancient olive trees in the beach area and comfortable sun loungers with bath towels are available around the large salt pool, which also has pool heating for weeks in mid and low season.

All three areas have their own well-equipped kitchen, a lounge with smart TV, indoor and outdoor dining areas and direct access to the outdoor terraces. All bedrooms and lounges have air conditioning based on a pay-as-you-go system. The bedrooms can be configured into king-size or twin bedrooms depending on your requirements.

Jávea stretches from Cabo San Antonio to Cabo La Nao, with Arenal beach in between. Here you can marvel at idyllic bays, rugged cliffs and small islands off the coast. One of the most beautiful places to celebrate a holiday is Javea. Of course, you can get the vitamin D you need by the pool or on the beach, but there's plenty more to do during your holiday in Javea and the surrounding area. Javea (Xabia in Valencian) on the Costa Blanca is very easy to reach by plane. It is located halfway between Alicante and Valencia. From both airports you can be in Javea in an hour.
