Holiday home near the beach for 6 people in south-east Sardinia near Cagliari near the beach, less than half an hour from the airport and the ferry port in Cagliari in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Quartu Sant'Elena.

The highlight of the flat is the fantastic view from the garden, the terraces and the living area over the entire Gulf of Cagliari to the opposite coast with the Sulcis Mountains Nature Park: a marvellous view of the deep blue sea with the rocks of Capo Elia, the "Devil's Saddle" and of Cagliari, the white city with its 7 hills, including the old town and the castle. Marvellous sunsets every evening against such a backdrop are simply unforgettable.

The house offers two spacious, bright living areas with upscale furnishings and great views, a fully equipped kitchenette with hob, oven and fridge-freezer, another fully equipped kitchenette with gas hob, oven and fridge, three bedrooms each with a double bed, (additional single bed in the bedroom on request), two bathrooms with shower, two washing machines,

two large terraces, one of which is covered, both of which can be shaded with awnings, a barbecue area with gas barbecue.

The garden of the house is terraced and shaded by fruit and ornamental trees, free parking is available directly in front of the house.

The accommodation is non-smoking.
Access is via a staircase and is unfortunately not barrier-free as the house is situated on a slope.

Shopping facilities, a very good bakery and butcher, post office, pharmacy and bus stop are in the centre of Flumini, about 2 km away.

The nearest beaches can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The beautiful Spiaggia di Flumini and the Capitana marina with sailing and diving school are around 2 km away. The Baia Azzurra is directly adjacent to the marina to the south and is known for its Caribbean turquoise-coloured sea. The Spiaggia di Flumini is directly adjacent to other beautiful beaches.
The 7 km long white Poetto beach in Cagliari ("the Copacabana" of Cagliari) with its lively day and nightlife is just a short drive away.
nightlife is just under half an hour away by car.
The most beautiful beaches of the south in Geremeas, Solanas or Villasimius and the Costa Rei, one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world according to Lonley Planet, can also be reached in just 30 minutes via a breathtaking coastal road.
This coastal road to the east (Villasimius) offers great views, also for motorcyclists and cyclists.
There is excellent snorkelling and diving along the entire coast to the east. There are very attractive motorbike and cycle routes in the hills of the hinterland.
The old town of Cagliari, with its many cultural sights and the large San Benedetto market hall with the largest fish market in Europe, is also about 30 minutes away.
Nature and bird lovers will enjoy the Molentargius Saltworks Nature Park and the Laguna di Nora Nature Park in Cagliari, as well as the large nature reserve and hiking area of the Sette Fratelli mountains.
