We kindly ask that you leave the home in the same condition you found it. If you’re looking for a place to host parties or events, this is not the right property. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT NOTES

• No small children permitted.
For safety reasons, the pool does not have a child-safety fence. Children under 10 years old are not allowed on the property as guests or visitors. All minors under 18 must be supervised by an adult when near or in the pool.
No diving. No jumping from the patio. No glass near or in the pool.

• Maximum of 6 guests total.

• No street parking.
All vehicles must be parked in approved spaces on the property.

• The guest who books must be staying at the home.
No third-party bookings. The booking guest is responsible for any damages during the stay.

• No pets. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property.

• Extended stays (14+ days) require bi-weekly cleanings at $165 per cleaning.

• Contractors may be onsite during your stay.
While we try to schedule major appointments outside guest dates, routine services—such as pool maintenance or landscaping—may require access to the outdoor areas.

• Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

HOT TUB USE & SAFETY GUIDELINES

Welcome! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these responsible-use tips when using the hot tub:

*Temperature & Time

Keep water temperature between 100–102°F for comfort.

Avoid soaking for more than 15–20 minutes at a time to prevent overheating.

Take breaks to cool down and stay hydrated.

*Before Entering

Shower before use to keep the water clean.

Avoid using the hot tub if you’re feeling overheated, lightheaded, or unwell.

*Alcohol & Safety

Use responsibly.

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, as it increases the risk of dehydration and overheating.

*Cover & Equipment

Always secure the hot tub cover when not in use to maintain heat and prevent debris from entering.

Do not sit, stand, or place heavy items on the cover.

*Lotions & Oils

Avoid entering the hot tub with lotions, oils, or self-tanner on your skin, as these can affect water quality.

*Entering & Exiting

Surfaces may be slippery—use caution.

Enter and exit slowly and carefully.

*No Glass

For safety, use only plastic cups or bottles around the hot tub.

*Use at Your Own Risk
