Cette maison de 1 645 pieds carrés se trouve dans une belle impasse tout à fait sans trafic intense. Il est situé dans la communauté planifiée principale de Continental Ranch à Marana, dans le nord-ouest de Tucson. Il est extrêmement bien situé avec des supermarchés, des magasins, des restaurants, des banques, des soins d'urgence, des pharmacies, un cinéma et des terrains de golf à quelques minutes. L'accès à l'autoroute est également très pratique. Le meilleur de tous en 2017, cette maison a été rénovée, y compris de nouveaux revêtements de sol, de la peinture intérieure, des comptoirs en granit, la climatisation, le chauffage, des lits et bien plus encore. This home is perfect! The home is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, either short term or for a winter sanctuary. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but within minutes of shopping, great restaurants, and hiking/biking trails. We stayed here for the winter and felt very safe and comfortable. The home has some added bonuses, cable TV, grab bars in the bathroom, use of the garage, and other added extras that made our stay feel like we were home. The owners were great, responded quickly to any questions or comments that we had. We recommend staying here and will be returning here next winter.

Great Home!!!!

This is absolutely one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. The little touches like sparkling cider and snacks were greatly appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely rent this home again.

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay! Home was clean, well stocked and exactly as pictured. Location was great with a variety of grocery and restaurants close by. Communication with the owners was good too as they left a very nice welcome note and snacks with their phone number in case we needed anything. Would definitely stay again!

Spotless, comfortable and convenient

This house looks exactly like the photos - it is very clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice and responsive. We would stay here again if we were in the area. It was perfect for our stay and a great location. There is a walking path adjoining the neighborhood and a view of mountains from the back patio.

The house is very nice with a functional layout . This quiet neighborhood has good access to groceries & restaurants. Keith and Cathy are excellent hosts. The best part for us is that the Loop bike path system is only a few blocks away.

We come to Tucson a couple of time per year for a warm-weather cycling vacation. This is the perfect house. It's very close to the bike path system and is in a great neighborhood. We'll be back.

Tucson Cycling Getaway

We come to Tucson to ride bikes when its too cold in Colorado. This house is perfect. Easy access to the bike path system and I-10. It's a comfortable, well stocked house and Keith and Cathy are great hosts.

We come to Tucson a couple of time each year to get away from the cold Colorado winter and ride bikes. This house is perfect. It has great access to the bike path network, is close to groceries/dining and has a nice kitchen.

Lovely home!

This is a clean and lovely place to stay. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac in the neighborhood north of downtown with quick access to hiking and biking and even two community pools. We enjoyed walks along the bike trails that are just down the street and had some terrific hikes in the area of mountain ranges.The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for eating in. Plus there are many restaurants in close proximity. Beds were very comfortable!Internet connection was good… I did a little bit of work but not too much. Our family enjoyed watching basketball together and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our needs

We rented this beautiful property for a visit with our teen boys to Tucson. The property was very clean and stocked with all amenities including gas for the grill. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the house worked well for us. It was a short drive from the major attractions we wanted to visit (Desert museum, Saguaro park, U of A) and had food shopping right around the corner. The community pool was a nice extra touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Snowbird getaway

My husband grew up in Tucson, and we like to return every winter and explore a different part of town. This location is a short drive to both hiking and biking trails, good restaurants and grocery stores. The house is spacious and was very clean, and we appreciated the use of a garage to store bikes and golf clubs. The neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts responded quickly to any question we had. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Christmas holiday stay with family

Keith & Cathy have a beautiful home and we were glad to spend the holidays as a family here. Check-in was simple and easy and communication was excellent. The house was well stocked as a whole and the kitchen had all the utensils and cookware needed for making our Christmas dinner. The snack basket was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Tucson area.

Wonderful home

The house is extremely clean with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and easy access to everything from the Desert Museum to the airport. Close to two grocery stores and many great restaurants. The owners are right next door and very nice, friendly people. We have stayed there for the last two years. When a restaurant lost a Valentines Day reservation for 20 people they suggested another one that not only got us in but was an excellent choice.

A wonderful second visit

This is a great place to stay! The property is clean and comfortable with everything you need. If there happens to be something you find yourself lacking, it's super close to a wide variety of shopping options. The owners are very responsive. Having use of the garage is a great advantage. It's conveniently located close to the freeway and a pretty quick trip to most locations in the city. If I could, I would stay here every time a visit Tucson!

Great Stay in Marana

Stayed 8 nights in this beautiful home. Home is as good or better than described. Great communications with owners Keith and Cathy. Easy check-in and check-out. Appreciated instructions and advice on arrival as well as special gifts to make the stay even better. Great location for easy access to restaurants, drinks and groceries. Had activities in both Tucson and Phoenix so being between both locations made the house convenient for both. Big extra was being able to use the double car garage for parking. House was well stocked, nothing lacking. Great neighborhood. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO home. The location couldn't be better for exploring the Tucson area. Quiet, convenient, and incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to do & see. Having garage parking was a huge plus on the hot 100 degree days. The moment we walked through the door, the cleanliness stood out immediately. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained throughout. The kitchen is large, well designed and very user friendly, making it easy to prepar our meals.The beds were extremely comfortable, giving us a great nights rest. One rare and much appreciated perk was the cable TV with a huge selection of channels, something hard to find in many rentals these days. It made relaxing in the evernings even better. The property is managed directly by the owner, and that makes a huge difference. Communication was quick, easy and personal. Far better than dealing with third-party managed properties! Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location near Tucson!

Thanksgiving weekend stay

We loved the property. The owners were easy to work with and communicated well with us. The home was immaculate and perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. This was our second time staying here during Thanksgiving weekend and we will stay again if we have the opportunity.
