Space for large gatherings. Big back yard with splash pad, hot tub, gazebo, tetherball, fire pit and a built-in trampoline. Foosball table & game table upstairs in loft with 75" TV. Long driveway to park many cars and close to city center. Centrally located.

The set up of the house was great, plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. We also enjoyed the convenient location and the hot tub. I do wish there were bed side tables and lamps by the bed, no complaints other then that.
We loved staying there it was such a beautiful home and the host was so amazing!
Just want to say thank you so much to the awesome host. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home our kids loved the splash pad. Such a beautiful place
This place was perfect had everything we needed and was super clean. Had a bunch of stuff for the kids to do which was great. Living areas wear spacious and comfortable. Recommend for anyone đđ
This place was perfect for a family stay. There was plenty of stuff for our kids to play with and do (both inside and outside). We were close to a playground, and a short drive to all of the activities Tucson has to offer. Beautiful view of the Santa Catalinaâs from the backyard to boot. Would definitely stay here again!
Our stay at this lovely and spacious home made for an amazing getaway to celebrate retirement. The home was super clean! Jeff, the host, was a gracious and communicated well.
Perfectly located spacious home in a quiet neighbourhood
We enjoyed a wonderful time in a spacious home perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood in Tucson.
The house was very clean and is equipped with whatever could be needed for an enjoyable stay - especially with a solid stock of coffee (Thanks Jeff!!).
So weÂŽare impatiently looking forward to coming back next year...Again a big "Thankyou" to our host Jeff for all and especially for fixing the hot tub....
The house has a lot of potential but it has not been very well maintained or cleaned. The outdoor furniture in the back yard is in poor condition and the grass is not nearly as green and lush as the pictures show. The inside of the house had dirty floors that hadnât been cleaned. Walking around on tile resulted in the bottom of your feet being black and the carpet on the stairs was apparent it hadnât been vacuumed prior to our arrival. The couch on the bottom floor had broken seat cushions, The dining table looked old and worn. There was a dining table set setting on the back patio that had two chairs that had the backs broke off and missing. To sum it up there was a lot of upkeep that is missing from this home.
The property was dated and needed some upkeep. The couch was broken down, with a cushion that was not supported. The tile floor was not properly mopped. After walking around in bare feet, my daughter's feet were black on the bottom. This made us wonder if the carpets had been cleaned properly, etc. All of the kitchen amenities were clean, just the floor needed attention. The home has great potential with attention to cleaning, and some touch-ups. The couch should be replaced or fixed. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor amenities. Check in was easy, and the owners were very responsive. I wanted to give a 5 star review, but just couldn't because of dirty floor and broken seating.
The house was beautiful! Had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions you might have. Beds were so comfortable that I want one myself. Amazing views of the mountains and nature. Hot tub and splash pad were an extra bonus for the children. I loved the fencing in the backyard, it provided security when the children were playing. I would highly recommend this property! I hope to come back in the future..

The house really worked out perfectly for our family gathering. Our group occupied all but one bed, so the house was full, but there was plenty of space to spread out, both inside and out. Communication with Jeff was easy and friendly. When we discovered, oddly, that there were very few forks, he was surprised and drove over with plenty more. The kitchen isnât huge, but itâs certainly adequate, and thereâs a second refrigerator in the garage. The long bike/walking path runs right behind the house and has very nearby access.
Trying to find a vacation rental to host a small event is difficult. Luckily, we stumbled upon this wonderful home which allowed us to host a small family reunion and included fantastic indoor and outdoor amenities.
The splash pad was a hit with the younger set and the comfortable seating indoors and out was terrific. There are even extra folding chairs and table in the garage.
Our host has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is available for any type of stay. And the location is quite nice. The bike loop around Tucson is right behind the back of the house and the views of downtown & the mountains is lovely!
Thank you so much to Jeff!
We spent a few days here with a group of 6 adults, a toddler, and a baby. We had plenty of space. Everything was clean. The backyard was awesomeâmy toddler loved the built in trampoline.
I messaged Jeff a few days before our trip to inquire about coming a day or two early. He was very helpful and accommodating, finding something that worked for both of us.
10/10 recommend! We will definitely be staying here if we find ourselves in Tucson again with a group!
This was a great place to book. We were two families in Tucson for the week to send our Wildcats off college. Groceries and amenities were close, this felt like a safe neighborhood, and U of A was about a 15 minute drive. Everything we wanted to see fell in about a 20 minute range. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and spray pad and we grilled outside with another family. Plenty of space to get some quiet time and we navigated two small bathrooms for 9 people pretty well. We donated a wine bottle opener because we found none and we were glad for things like kcups and ziplock bags. Overall this met our needs and glad we were able to have time for a send off of our wildcats.
The house and backyard are amazing! Everything is open and bright!
Very functional kitchen!
Weâve stayed at places that had more dishes though, only 2 wineglasses.
No dry goods except a few spices-no salt & pepper.
Two big fridges with freezers though!
Friday night we were gathered around the lovely fire pit and the sprinklers came on unexpectedly at 11pm! We all got soaked! Lol!
The hot tub was so nice, but didnât get very hot.
Overall, we would absolutely stay here again! We highly recommend it for big groups! There was room for everyone! Especially loved the two living rooms with 2 tvâs!
The home's amenities were perfect for our kids (ages 3 to 12) especially the splashpad. The home was spacious and accomodated our family perfectly. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
