Casa Tranquila sits in Austin’s trendy and leafy Holly neighborhood, one of the city’s most sought-after pockets where quiet residential streets meet some of the best food, music, and nightlife in town.

Just minutes away is Lady Bird Lake and the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail, a favorite among locals for morning runs, scenic walks, paddleboarding, and kayaking with skyline views. Being this close to the lake means you’re steps away from one of Austin’s most iconic outdoor spaces.

The home is also a short ride from Rainey Street, known for its lively collection of bungalow-style bars, patios, and restaurants that come alive in the evenings.

Nearby East Austin is packed with some of the city’s most celebrated restaurants and cafés, including Launderette, Kemuri Tatsu-Ya, Justine’s Brasserie, and Joe’s Bakery. Coffee lovers will also find excellent local spots like Desnudo Coffee and Figure 8 Coffee close by.
