There is an AC/Heat wall unit in the condo. This is a second floor unit. There is no elevator in the building.

We are located in the city, so natural city noise is to be expected.

No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with one free parking spot. There is additional street parking.

This building neighbors some of Nashville’s most prominent record labels & publishing studios! You never know who you might bump into in this area. Walking distance to numerous live music spots, restaurants, bars, shops, and more

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules, you will be charged.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential community, please respect our neighbors.
