Remodeled 1910 apartment building in the heart of midtown. Located on broadway in Nashville, a charming escape from the downtown strip while still being surrounded by nightlife. Steps away from Vanderbilt, Music Row, and Demonbreun Hill. Walking distance to Centennial Park, Union Station, and so much more.
Our stay in Nashville was great the property was clean and easy accessible. Great restaurants within blocks. The only think is that there was a TV but no remote or the cord wasnt long enough to pug in. Obviously a minor inconvenience. All and all we very much enjoyed our stay
The property was clean and a good place to sleep. The place is a little dated which was expected. The TV doesn't work which really wasn't that big of an issue since all we really did was sleep there. The location is perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Just a quick Uber from Broadway.
Cute refurbished apartment. It had most thinks we needed. If you want a hotel experience this isnât for you. Superficially clean only. But the location is outstanding. We walked everywhere. Large tv in photo but no cable thank heavens for Wifi
Great place if youâre not looking for anything fancy. Definitely an old building but has its charm. There is some nightlife fairly close so it did get a little noisy, but it was expected. It was perfect for myself and my sister when visiting the city!
This was such an awesome place. So much bigger than we thought and had everything we needed. Bed was incredibly comfy and the host was amazing!! Responded right away and was so nice and understanding and just the most helpful!! Will definitely be back here!!
My husband and I stayed for his 55th birthday weekend. The location is the very best part and the convenience of a kitchen was great. The bed left us with aches, the TV had no cable so didnât work so no rest time entertainment at all. The building is over 100 years old so has some needs. Could be a lot better with some aTLC. Host was very nice and let us check in early.
The property description was very accurate. Basic accommodations but charming and updated for an older building. We enjoyed the character and definitely the short distance to all the happening night life. Bluebird and Lime scooters/bikes are available in the neighborhood for rent as well. The owner was easily accessible when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot for anyone looking to have a good time in Nashville.
Itâs brownstone property with multiple apartments. It was clean and located within walking distance of serval places. There was night noise one night but nothing serious. We were doing the touristy thing and enjoyed most of our trip. It was cold and rainy. The owner of this property was super nice and responded to all my text -she even helped with other items not pertaining to the property!!
My sister and I stayed here for the weekend. It was very spacious and a great location for quick access to good food, entertainment and fun bars. The cons: I had to remind host to send me check in info, there was no toilet paper when we arrived, and the noise levels of the hallway are loud. None of this ruined our stay though. The host was quick to respond when I messaged about toilet paper and check in details. And the other tenants of the building were not too crazy. It was just loud when they came up/down the stairs late at night.
Location is great for the price. However, thats the only good thing about it. From past reviews i was expecting it to be filthy, but honestly it was not that bad. Still not very clean, but it was habitable. We brought our own sheets for peace of mind. My biggest problem was with the host, he did not respond to me at all. I contacted him multiple times over the course of weeks only to receive no response. I had to call customer service
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience staying here. We first arrived and there was no toilet paper. Mold in the bedroom, no wifi connection or tv, cobwebs in the corners, shower water temp not consistent, was fluctuate from super hot to super cold and dusty door frames. We had a nice surprise guest that snuck his way inside through a crack below the window sill, to which we stuffed with paper towels to keep him out. Location was good, but we could have stayed in a hotel that was clean,Gecko free, with wifi and television service.
Donât waste your time or money on this horrible place!! First it states you have parking, you donât!! It shows a tv in the pictures but you canât watch them and Jordan has used the same excuse for 3 yrs sheâs changing services! The first place we had the ceiling fall in on us so we moved across the street only to wake up to another leak from the apt above us. Letâs not talk about the filthy nastiness and mold in both places or the painted sink and showers instead of having them redone! We even had to leave a day early. We tried getting our money back but she said we waited too late. She knew I was bringing my Aunt who had stage 4 ovarian cancer but she had no sympathy whatsoever that her last vacation was wrecked! Thanks Jordan Iâll pray for your cold heartIf I could give a -5star review I would!!
Great for walking and exploring Nashville. Lots of places nearby and had a HATTIE Bâs 1/2 block away. Also a good bagel place! Bus #7 stops close by also.
The location was good, food and bars all around. 10 min Uber to Broadway Row. Only complaint is TV wasn't working and the bed needs to be replaced. The bed is so old you sink towards the middle of it.
The listing is honest and so are the other reviews. It is a nice place in a great location, Music Row, not to be confused with Broadway a couple of miles away.
The biggest issue we had was the bed. The mattress is lumpy, you sink into it. The sofabed is also not in good shape, you are inclined with your head well above your feet.
We did not use the kitchen. It is really basic, the fridge needs a good cleaning, the stove was not as clean as is could be. Towels and linens are basic.
Again, this place, if you keep to Music Row you don't need a car or Uber, and free parking. If you need two bed rooms this is cheaper than a hotel.
The location of this property is great. The bars and restaurants that surround it are incredible, and it's proximity to downtown is an advantage.
However, that was where the highlights end. The apartment was not well cleaned, as there was a dirty sock behind the bedroom door, and a bug in the freezer. The bathtub drained extremely slow, so even if you were taking a shower, you were taking a bath. The cable did not work and neither did the WiFi. There is no central heat and air. Which would have been ok if we knew this going in, but even so the heater in the bedroom did not work. We tried the pull out bed in the living room to stay warm, but that bed was old and had no support. The apartment also smelled a bit stale.
We contacted the owner about the tub and he offer to send out his handyman, but the time constraints would have made us miss reservations that we had made months in advance.
When we contacted him about the TV and wifi he said he fixed the problem with cable company, but we could never get it to work. So he wound up giving us the password to the wifi to the apartment above us.
If you're looking for an inexpensive property with good access to downtown this is your property. However if you like what we consider to be normal amenities this might not be the place for you.
