Remodeled 1910 apartment building in the heart of midtown. Located on broadway in Nashville, a charming escape from the downtown strip while still being surrounded by nightlife. Steps away from Vanderbilt, Music Row, and Demonbreun Hill. Walking distance to Centennial Park, Union Station, and so much more.
This place was in a GREAT location. Itâs fairly old, and the kitchen isnât really equipped for cooking (no dishwashing liquid, no sponge, old stove etc.) but if youâre looking for a place to simply sleep rather than hang out then this works. Walking distance to Broadway and across the street from plenty of other Nashville staples
Great for walking and exploring Nashville. Lots of places nearby and had a HATTIE Bâs 1/2 block away. Also a good bagel place! Bus #7 stops close by also.
Great location for food and bars. Jordan was great at follow up and gave us great information about where to go in town to eat and places to see, but was not very quiet, air conditioning units helped with noise at night. Door was hard to open, thought we had been given wrong code, finally figured it out. Place has a TV but doesnât work, no remote and cord not long enough to reach outlet. Air mattress kept deflating.
Great place if youâre not looking for anything fancy. Definitely an old building but has its charm. There is some nightlife fairly close so it did get a little noisy, but it was expected. It was perfect for myself and my sister when visiting the city!
Our stay in Nashville was great the property was clean and easy accessible. Great restaurants within blocks. The only think is that there was a TV but no remote or the cord wasnt long enough to pug in. Obviously a minor inconvenience. All and all we very much enjoyed our stay
The property was clean and a good place to sleep. The place is a little dated which was expected. The TV doesn't work which really wasn't that big of an issue since all we really did was sleep there. The location is perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Just a quick Uber from Broadway.
This was such an awesome place. So much bigger than we thought and had everything we needed. Bed was incredibly comfy and the host was amazing!! Responded right away and was so nice and understanding and just the most helpful!! Will definitely be back here!!
The location was good, food and bars all around. 10 min Uber to Broadway Row. Only complaint is TV wasn't working and the bed needs to be replaced. The bed is so old you sink towards the middle of it.
Cute refurbished apartment. It had most thinks we needed. If you want a hotel experience this isnât for you. Superficially clean only. But the location is outstanding. We walked everywhere. Large tv in photo but no cable thank heavens for Wifi
The property description was very accurate. Basic accommodations but charming and updated for an older building. We enjoyed the character and definitely the short distance to all the happening night life. Bluebird and Lime scooters/bikes are available in the neighborhood for rent as well. The owner was easily accessible when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot for anyone looking to have a good time in Nashville.
My husband and I stayed for his 55th birthday weekend. The location is the very best part and the convenience of a kitchen was great. The bed left us with aches, the TV had no cable so didnât work so no rest time entertainment at all. The building is over 100 years old so has some needs. Could be a lot better with some aTLC. Host was very nice and let us check in early.
Itâs brownstone property with multiple apartments. It was clean and located within walking distance of serval places. There was night noise one night but nothing serious. We were doing the touristy thing and enjoyed most of our trip. It was cold and rainy. The owner of this property was super nice and responded to all my text -she even helped with other items not pertaining to the property!!
My sister and I stayed here for the weekend. It was very spacious and a great location for quick access to good food, entertainment and fun bars. The cons: I had to remind host to send me check in info, there was no toilet paper when we arrived, and the noise levels of the hallway are loud. None of this ruined our stay though. The host was quick to respond when I messaged about toilet paper and check in details. And the other tenants of the building were not too crazy. It was just loud when they came up/down the stairs late at night.
As far as location this place is great especially for the price. A quick uber ride or decent walk to just about everything. Even being so close to bars and attractions the place felt safe and easy to find. We were told where to park but not a designated spot so we got a note from someone about parking incorrectly, dirt lot in between buildings? The place itself could have used more care. It has some old charm which was reasonable. But no extra sheets, mattresses and pillows very old and dingy once I removed the sheets before checking out. No hand soap in the restroom. Fans looked way too dusty to turn on. Appliances old and dirty on tops of fridge etc. Although air conditioning worked great so that wasnât such a huge issue. If youâre just looking for a place to crash with friends or a spouse and want to stay within a reasonable price range go for it. If you are looking to spending time relaxing , cooking or hanging there with people I wouldnât recommend. The tv didnât even turn on.
