Récemment rénové, condo d'une chambre à proximité du centre-ville (Broadway), à distance de marche des attractions et des restaurants. Décoré avec des souvenirs de musique country et un décor de ferme, tous les nouveaux meubles ont été meublés en avril 2019. Lit king-size confortable et très confortable canapé-lit queen dernier cri (pas de barres, matelas à mémoire de forme). Bien approvisionné en vaisselle, batterie de cuisine, linge de maison. Internet rapide et sécurisé. Parking gratuit. Laveuse / sécheuse. Pack and Play pour les petits. Fer, planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux et linge de maison.

Clean Condo in Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for our first visit to Nashville in mid November. Owner sent me a text with detailed info including directions, parking, door codes, etc a week ahead of our visit. We found the condo to be in great condition - very clean, well stocked with necessities, and in a great location close to downtown (about 5-10 minute drive) and within walking distance of a coffee shop, bank, brew pub and a couple other restaurants. Communication with the owner was very good and we especially appreciated how clean the place is. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Nashville.

Kinda good location

Condo was very clean and neat but not a good walk to downtown quite frankly. Busy busy road and no sidewalks in some places.

Comfortable Nashville home base!

A small but very nice place for a couple or small family (the fold-out couch is actually comfortable!) and in a great location--close enough to everything to be convenient, but not in the noisy heart of the city. We stayed a week and Ubered almost everywhere, only driving two days--once to go shopping & find all the murals, and once to tour East Nashville and vist the Opry. One nice evening we even walked home from Broadway (but I wouldn't do it every day). If you're into music history, you're right on Music Row, with RCA Victor and Sony studios right out back and BMI across the road. Nashville is a great place to visit, Spence Manor is a great place to stay, and Carlos is an excellent host.

Great location, can walk just about anywhere. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. The property itself is older, so it needs a little updating, especially the pool, it was a little dirty . We had a great time

Disappointed

When my family arrived the condo had not been cleaned. The owner was very responsive and had the cleaning lady there within 15 minutes but requested 2 hrs to clean. After traveling for 10 hours we just wanted to relax. When we returned we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. We were extremely disappointed to also see that the pool was out of commission. Someone had broken glass in it and it had to be drained. We had booked this condo for the guitar shaped pool and there was no communication prior to our arrival that the pool was closed. This was one of the main activities our family planned on doing and would have booked at a different location with a pool had we been informed. The Internet was spotty and when we watched movies there was a lag. Also a neighbor had a dog that barked often. The owner was responsive and did provide a discount. It was overall one of the worst vacations we have had. We ended up leaving a day early due to the pool still not being full and it being 96 degrees and humid.

Best kept secret in Nashville

The condo was extremely clean, well organized and had everything you would need for a great stay. Walking distance from the gulch and a short Uber ride to Broadway.

This property was perfect. The location was perfect. The instructions to check in and check out were very clear. Overall, we loved staying there and would definitely stay again if we are back in Nashville.

Girls Nashville trip

We stayed here for 4 days for our first time to Nashville and it was amazing. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. It was short and inexpensive Uber rides to go anywhere. The owner Carlos was so great to deal with and if we come back will never stay anywhere else

Great Location, Great Service feom Property Manager

My partner and I stayed with Carlos at this property and as property managers, we were impressed. The home was very clean and Carlos worked with me to plan a surprise for my partners birthday! Definitely a stay for the books. It was centerally located in Midtown so we were able to walk to all of our excursions and restaurants. We will be staying here again!

Cute apartment

Great location just slightly away from the hustle and bustle. Has several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Ran into a celebrity right down the street! Walked around at night and felt safe and there were many others doing the same. Would absolutely book again coming back to Nashville.

Music Row Condo in Spence Manor/Guitar Shaped Pool

Nice, clean, and updated condo. Building is on the older side, but still decent. One parking spot provided, which is good for downtown. Owner provided all information as needed. Nice place to stay.

Perfect location
