This 2 bed, 2 bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Whether you're looking to take advantage of the community pool, Comal River access, or the proximity to Schlitterbahn, Treetops has you covered! Guests can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, and plenty of space to sleep up to 6 guests.



The Space:

The unit is on the second floor of Inverness Condos and accessible by stairs or elevator. There is a shared community pool as well as access to the Comal River.

The Neighborhood:

Located just a few blocks from Downtown New Braunfels, across the street from Schlitterbahn, and directly off of the Comal River, the neighborhood boasts some of the best of New Braunfels!



Getting Around:

The home is a few blocks from downtown New Braunfels and across the street from Schlitterbahn. A car would be recommended to get around town.



Other Things to Note:

2 parking passes will be left for you. It must be IN your windshield and vehicle must 4 be parked in the allotted spot (or a blank one) or they will tow you to San Antonio. There are wristbands for you as well. These are for you to wear while by the pool, at the river, or no the deck. Security comes by and checks them often. Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate so we can provide enough wristbands for your stay.



Dog friendly on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, there is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night. 1 small dog max. No cats or ferrets allowed. When out for a walk, please have pets on leash and pick up after them.



There is no lifeguard on duty, please swim at your own risk.
