Ce fabuleux condo 2/2 à Inverness Condominiums est situé juste sur la rivière Comal et juste en face de Schlitterbahn. Rockin 'R est un pourvoyeur de tubes local qui peut ramasser 2 lots dans les condos d'Inverness entre le Memorial Day et le Labor Day. Pour toute réservation en dehors de cette période, la boutique Rockin 'R est située à seulement 5 km. Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain a été entièrement rénové et est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances incroyables. La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen size et le maître a une reine avec une salle de bain privée et une terrasse donnant sur le Comal. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Le salon / cuisine ouvert est l'endroit idéal pour se réunir le soir. Toutes les chambres et salles de bains sont équipées de draps de haute qualité. Ne cherchez plus, c'est le condo pour vous!

Vous disposez de 2 cartes de stationnement, une pour une place couverte numérotée et une seconde pour le stationnement général. Ce condo est au premier étage et dispose d'un ascenseur. Les clients doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus pour effectuer une réservation et doivent séjourner dans l'établissement. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Les clients recevront 6 bracelets (montant maximum autorisé). Ce condo a une occupation maximale de 6 personnes. Cette occupation maximale ne doit être dépassée à aucun moment. Aucun invité pendant la journée n'est autorisé.

Le HOA du complexe avait établi des politiques pour s'assurer que tout le monde séjournant dans le complexe puisse passer un merveilleux moment. En raison de son emplacement fabuleux, nous pouvons avoir des problèmes avec les intrus. Les agents de sécurité sur place sont là pour s'assurer que seuls les locataires utilisent le terrain et que les clients se garent dans les bonnes places de stationnement. Veuillez ne pas être offensé par les politiques concernant les bracelets et les laissez-passer de stationnement, ils sont vraiment là pour vous assurer un moment fabuleux!

Very Clean and Great Location!

Great condo! Very Clean. Love the location! Can do a short float or easily walk to the park for a longer float. Also, just a quick walk to the historic district, shops, and amazing food. The condo was perfect for our family. Will stay again!

Comal River Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental in a great location for floating the Comal. About a 10-minute walk to put in at Prince Solms Park. Unit itself was spacious, nicely decorated and had all the essentials one would need for a stay. If you drive a truck, the parking garage is very tight to get into and out of your designated space, but it was functional. The check in process was nice as they had a drop box to pick up my check in info and parking passes, so I did not have to leave Schlitterbahn early to get it.

Great Space

Enjoyed our stay & the location was perfect. If you’re looking for a great place right on the river, this is where it’s at. The condo was clean, decorated nicely & the beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked, there’s a washer/dryer & toiletries provided. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck & grass near the river each night, watching the stragglers float by. When we floated the river, we were about to get out right at our condo. So great! Only other feedback I have is that the reserved parking spot is super tight. It’s doable with my jeep, but a bigger vehicle might not fit. The community pool was no bueno. It was so mirky, you couldn’t see the bottom. Not sure who manages the pool, but it was not sanitary for swimming, although people were swimming anyway. I own a pool at home & know the chemicals were not properly maintained at the time we were there. Hopefully it’s fixed now. The pool wasn’t a deal breaker for us though because we came to float the River!

Our 2nd time at Inverness Condos!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay at these condos. This year we stayed in the Comal Corral condo. The condo was OK. It was situated more on the side of the building so we didn’t have a very good view from our balcony. The top of the refrigerator was very dusty and we found someone’s acrylic nails they peeled off on the back of the couch, which was pretty gross. The management company new Braunfels escapes is wonderful to work with very easy to communicate with and very quick to get back in touch with you. Next year, we will definitely try to get the cowboy corral unit which is where we stayed the first time.

Best weekend in a long time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place to stay, even during a pandemic. The pool is close by to the unit we stayed in, and it felt great. Wasn't crowded at all at the pool or river. The river was gorgeous with stairs to access it as well. The float is in a horseshoe part of the river so its a great 30 min float and then you get out at the public access point and walk only 5 min back to the condo. There wasn't any crazy rift-raft compared to some of the other condos nearby. The unit was clean and comfortable. As far as HEB, liquor store, and restaurants; all within a few miles so it's really convenient. We will definitely be renting here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the home we stayed it was nice, there were definitely some issues that took away from our trip. We got the wrong rental packet when we picked up from the after hours box, so had to contact staff to get the right packet. While I was not upset about this and understand it was a simple mistake, it was a big inconvenience because of the driving around and we were traveling with a 4 yr old. Then when we arrived we found the pool was closed and there was a really tacky note by the property management attacking a local business who had installed a faulty lock. The bed in the master squeaked terribly with the slightest movement (when I took a deep breath it make a terrible noise). The final issue we had was a broken shower rod in the 2nd bathroom, which was a constant battle. The staff of New Braunfels escapes were kind and gracious when I reported the issues at the end of my stay. I would likely use NB Escapes again, but really wish this last stay had gone differently.

Friends, Schlitterbhan and the Comal River

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 2 bedroom condo for immersion into a true TX experience. Easy access to both the Comal and Schlitterbhan. We also rented a cabana at Schlitterbhan . It was hot, Sunny and we had a blast. All of the other residence were super nice as well. Great stay definately going back! Condo was clean, all the amenities, very quiet at night and awesome A/C!

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: He had a great time at the Comal Corral condo. The condo property is on the Comal with a great view and easy in/out access to the river. We did think based on the pictures that this condo faced the pool/river, but it doesn't. It faces the visitor parking lot/other building. Which is fine, but we thought we could sit on the patio and view the river. You will have to walk to down two flights of stairs to get to the deck, and another 3 flights to get to the pool/bbq area. Explanation of the reserved parking spaces should be spelled out better. We were under the impression that you could park in any spot under the reserved section, just as long as you displayed the correct color parking tag. Five minutes after walking in to the condo, we had security and people come to our rental to tell us we were in the wrong spot. When we went to move it and apologize, the 'owner' of the spot was pretty rude about it. She came back to our room after it was moved and demanded we were still in the wrong spot. When we got down there to show we moved it, they said oh, well we didn't check a 2nd time, we went to dinner and just thought we would stop by to tell you.... They didn't even say they were sorry to accuse us of not moving yet. Anyway, once that was out of the way, we had a great time. For three of us, it was our first time on the river. We would like to make it a yearly trip.
