Beautiful detached house (approx. 220 square metres of living space) situated on the river Sieg. There are enough sleeping facilities as well as bathrooms, parking spaces, balcony and a large garden.
There is also a whirlpool to relax in. WLAN is also available.
The house is in a very rural location, but you can reach the railway station in a few minutes and can also travel to larger towns or to the nearest town for shopping.
The house offers enough space for several people or families.

Please note that the property is heated by night storage heaters or additional stoves. As more and more guests have been travelling by electric car recently and these are then unfortunately charged without being asked, we will unfortunately have to charge the electricity consumption separately in future. Hot water is also heated using electricity from instantaneous water heaters, which means that the more people there are in the house, showering and charging their mobile phones, the higher the electricity consumption. It therefore increases proportionally with the number of people. There is also a large whirlpool on the upper floor for at least 2 people. This also uses instantaneous water heaters to heat the water. As this is also regularly filled several times per stay when there are several guests in the house, it is unreasonable for me to bear the electricity costs for this with the low rental price.

As there is antiquarian crockery and gold-plated cutlery in the house, which is clearly damaged in the dishwasher, we ask that this is not cleaned in the dishwasher under any circumstances, but by hand.

We would also like to point out that most of the antiques or retro-style furniture in the house are not secured by, for example, drawer locks suitable for small children. There are also no stair or cooker rails in the house. Furthermore, the house is normally furnished with decorative items, books, candles and coffee machines, some of which are within reach of small children. Of course, children of all ages are welcome to come and stay with us. We would just like to point out at this point that we cannot fulfil the demands of some guests that the house must be safe for small children.

We also have five canoes that can be used. Just let us know. Please organise the collection/transfer of the canoes yourself.

If you need instruction or other help with firing the stoves, we are always available and happy to help.

The refund/transfer will be made 21 days after check-out.
