Welcome to our home! We are two university professors who have spent our lives balancing a passion for education, family, and exploring the world.

While our careers and adventures have taken us to incredible places—including living and working in vibrant cultural hubs like Washington, D.C. and Paris, as well as spending time at our second home in Santa Barbara—we have always called this specific property home. No matter where we are in the world, there is a distinct, unmatched magic to the Hollywood Riviera that always brings us back.

This house holds a very special place in our hearts. It is the cherished family home where we raised our two now-grown children, filled with years of laughter, milestones, and shared memories.

In 2005, we extensively remodeled it to create a space that perfectly balances quiet privacy with a layout meant for entertaining and gathering with loved ones. As a passionate lifelong gardener, Becca has personally designed and tended to the extensive flower gardens, planting and caring for over the vibrant flower beds to cultivate a peaceful, living paradise for local hummingbirds and butterflies.

Now that we are empty nesters, we are thoroughly enjoying traveling more of the globe. Because we are out exploring new destinations ourselves, we are thrilled to open our doors and share our absolute favorite place on earth with you. We hope you fall in love with the cool ocean breezes, the beautiful blooms, and the relaxed beach lifestyle just as much as our family always has.
