Amazing ocean and sunset views on the most prestigious street in Redondo Beach. Sit on the deck, relax and enjoy a cocktail as the sun goes down. Close to Hermosa and Manhattan Beach. Recently remodeled kitchen, new appliances, new floors. Nice backyard to hang out in and BBQ, play corn hole, or sit around the fire pit. Really the perfect place for a family vacation.
We really enjoyed ourselves in this home. Large enough for everyone to have their own space but also lots of room for family time. Would definitely come back!
This house has a great view of the ocean and had good spaces inside to accommodate our group-- 6 adults and 3 children plus one teenager. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped, and the outdoor space was nice. We had some issues with the WiFi, which our host, Jerry, responded to as best he could.
Great location for a any stay in the south bay. So close to everything. Very private street.
House well maintained and manager (not that we needed them) was spot on with communication.
Used house to host thanksgiving dinner for large family. Perfect. 2 large TV rooms, Very nice master suite with great views of ocean.
Also nice parking situation which can be a challenge in area.
Would definitely return and recommend
We loved the house, it is so much better than the description. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. It was very well suited to large groups. We enjoyed every second of our stay!
Stayed in the house for a quarterly planning meeting - 8 coworkers stayed comfortably in the space for two nights. The host was very accommodating and quick on communication. Great place, would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay. The place was even larger than it appeared, with spacious living rooms and more than enough room for us to work from :) The location was convenient to Redondo Beach and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the master balcony. Thanks Jerry!
I stayed at the house with some coworkers. The common spaces were great for gathering and there was plenty of space to pop open our laptops and work. The house looks way better in-person than in the photos and watching the sun set from the upstairs balcony was like experiencing a live love letter being written to California.
