The 3 young men arrived at 3 am in middle of night by taxi and left first thing before sun up. The day before I received from them 13 emails in the one day in regards to this enquiry which I felt was very strange. I am more than happy to answer any questions in regards to rental and area but found this quite off putting as they just didn’t stop. This house is set in a quiet area in a garden and does not suit. This has just reaffirmed why I do not do instant bookings.

Firstly, I would like to state that I have taken on board your comments about the A/C and I have had a unit installed. Thank you, I do understand that the heat can affect some guests more than others. However Malaga, in the summer, yes, the nights are hot, that is why it’s considered a top holiday destination. Secondly, a Villa is described as a free standing independent home with private courtyards. This description as in house is as depicted in all of my photos on my vbro page, including the furniture, the decorations and the outside. The photos show clearly the interior, furniture , coverings of house and areas. If this style is not to your personal taste, I cannot change that. However, I will take on board your comments. Re finding the house on google ,I feel the pin is on the house as you can see the drive and for future most people now are using WhatsApp for location which I send immediately booking is confirmed. Best thing also for future renters for google is to find the pool which is very clear and easy to see on google and the house is with the pool. In regards to the tv, again I am sorry it is not up to your own personal standard. If you had spoken to me about the spanish channels I would of been happy to explain how to use vose which puts the shows in their original language and the Satilite international box that is set up, has English, French and German channels. This was an easy fix. You are given my number as I am always happy to help so the holiday can be enjoyed. Now about the pool, as we discussed in person, I told you that in andalucia there is 7 years of droughts and I could not repair immediately . There are local restrictions. Preventing me from fixing during the hottest months . The small amount of little mosaic tiles that are missing does not interfere with the swimming experience and enjoyment. It is an aesthetic issue it a safety hazard . No one else has had issue or raised any concerns and all my renters have enjoyed using the pool. The pool will be done ready for next year . Thank you for your comments . Some were discussed in person and others if mentioned could of been fixed immediately. Others I have taken into account to improve the experience of future renters .

Merci pour votre réexamen. Je sais que vous appréciez la maison et la piscine avec vos enfants avant le problème que j'ai réparé. La maison n'est que quelques minutes de la plage, alors ne vous en faites pas sur de la façon dont vous pouvez le voir sur google. J'ai expliqué que lorsque vous arriviez que la porte d à côté avait coupé tous les beaux arbres de la fig verger et que tous les animaux et les oiseaux ont été déplacés les animaux d'espagne vivent dans les arbres et ne s approchent jamais de la maison habituellement et je suis vraiment désolé que ce soit arrivé comme je l'ai dit, ils ont été enlevés. Je suis heureux de dire que la porte d'à côté est maintenant lemon trees.

It was a pleasure to have this family ,they were wonderful renters , I am glad they enjoyed their time here and are welcome back any time. The house was left perfect and very clean . They enjoyed the pool and beach and all the things on in the area. I am so glad they enjoyed the garden and flowers . Thank you Jan
